Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

Jesus, that does explain all the batshit insane dashcam clips I have seen from the US.

The US isn't that bad compared to places with shitty rule of law like Egypt, or machismo like Russia. We may have shitty drivers but we have better enforcement and behavior. Obviously it's still bad compared to countries like the Netherlands or Japan where you have to have better skills *and* there's a respect for the laws and less bad attitude.

The bar is really low. Basically if you can parallel park you can get a license in cities. In the countryside they basically just check if you can drive on the correct side of the road and obey stop signs and traffic lights.
Also this has been mentioned before in regards to how Chris (and people who would be considered "bad" drivers in certain countries) manage to hold onto a drivers license despite close calls or bad traffic incidents, but just for people who don't know, it's a lot to do with maintaining someone's personal freedom, as a car gives people the option to go about their merry way without infringing upon anyone's rights or responsibilities. Plus access to alternative transport in many parts of the US is very patchy and sometimes downright non-existent, so suspending someone's license is not really a possibility in a lot of cases because it can greatly punish someone who uses a car as an absolute necessity for living, so another form of punishment would have to be given instead of just outright banning someone from driving.

I wonder if some legal scholars might use people like Chris Chan as a example of why prostitution should be legalized in the state of Virginia, because they could argue people like Chris Chan have no real chance of getting a girlfriend so prostitution not being legal could considered too severe.

The problem with that is that regular hookers are not a replacement for girlfriends, and GFE escorts tend to be very expensive. I suspect the reason Mia Hamm ghosted Chris is because Chris wouldn't stop demanding GFE.

Basically legalizing it only works for rich autists who can afford GFE, but aren't rich enough to get a real girlfriend that is willing to forego chad for the better lifestyle.

I guess it depends what Chris was after, if it was just sex then a prostitute would be okay but if it was just the company of a women in a non sexual way maybe he would prefer something like a Japanese style hostess bar where he’s basically spending money to have a nice, guaranteed troll free night out, kind of like what Bob did before when he paid women to be nice to him.

Clearly though nothing would be perfect and more importantly Chris would likely eventually act inappropriately so the whole thing would be a waste of time as far as Chris is concerned.

I don't think he'd understand the social dynamic at all. He's exactly the reason most of these things in Japan prohibit non-Japanese.

GFE is having both the sex *and* the companionship from the same person. And that's very, very expensive, because the person needs extremely good acting skills *and* the willingness to fuck disgusting people, all while not wanting to kill themselves.

But did he talk about wanting to pay for a hooker? If you read carefully, you'll see Chris wanted Null to get him a hooker, not get one himself.

To justify something like that you'll need a lot of samples from normal, average people showing the benefits of legalization for the general good. One spergy outlier like Chris is not a good data point.

For example, here's a good argument for legalizing prostitution: the taxpayers have better things for the police to do with their tax money than chase hookers.

And here's a bad argument: Creepy weirdo Chris wants to get laid.

tl;dr: Instead of changing the laws for Chris, he should try being a better person if he wants to get laid.

GFE?

They're usually in high enough demand they can be choosy.

Whatif Chris got a sex doll? Not some blow up pool toy, but one of those expensive robotic ones that weirdos like to dress up and take out to dinner and pretend are their waifus?
Those cost a nice chunk of change. It seems unlikely someone who blows all their money the instant they get it would ever have that all at once.

TBF, part of those blanket "No foreigners" ban signs on the places in Kabukichō are due to how central that place is in the middle of Tokyo + tons of tourist traffic, along with Japan's laws on prostitution and their worry about foreigners (esp. ones not fluent in the language) fucking up and turning what would be considered a legal act in Japan into an illegal one.

Basically, prostitution is "illegal" in Japan, but there are a lot of loopholes that allow you to skirt the law and legally pay for sex, basically. It's illegal to pay a stranger for PiV sex in Japan according to the letter of the law, but it is not illegal for "acquaintances" to pay money for any non-PiV sex act. So there's a bunch of different brothel types that do different shit to meet the legal definition of becoming "acquaintances" first. If a foreigner is completely fluent, many places that say "no foreigners" can be convinced to make an exception.

GirlFriend Experience. Basically paying them to act and pretend to be an idealized girlfriend for the evening (like going on a dinner date, going back to the room and having sex 'naturally') instead of a "hurry up and cum" standard prostitute session.

Why people would pay out the nose for all the parts that aren't the sex, IDK. Chris-chan-esque rose tinted glasses about what relationships are like due to their inexperience with them, I guess.

It's for extremely lonely guys who can't get a girlfriend, but want the feeling of having one. They want to feel the security of having a partner and the emotional validation of being wanted. They're willing to pay a lot of money and suspend disbelief a bit to experience it.

If they don't fuck you, they're just a friend. That's pretty easy to get, just find one of those girls that is willing to hang out with losers in exchange for nice dinners and gifts. Or just don't be a complete loser and get a real friend. Even someone like Chris could almost manage this -- he had Megan around for instance until he fucked it up. A lot of girls are desperate for guy friends who won't try to fuck them, or give off vibes that they want to fuck them.

If they fuck you without the romantic experience, then they're just a whore. Find one in your price range and get your dick wet. Either guys who are just desperate to get laid do this, or guys who can get laid but don't want complications (the old "pay them not for the sex, pay them to go away afterward" trope).

But simulating an actual girlfriend is a tall order. There are not many who do it, and they charge accordingly.

EDIT: But even if Chris had the money for a GFE session, he wouldn't have enough money for it to be ongoing 24/7, but he'd try to make it happen anyway.

i think scholars would see chris spending all his taxpayer money on prostitutes and come to the opposite determination

not only that but theres a decent chance that if chris gets out of jail and is seriously threatened with homelessness that hes going to try to be a prostitute and suck cocks to make money and then you'll have an incontinent crossdressing mentally ill man who thinks he is jesus christ going around to random men offering to suck their cocks for 20 dollars. this would only strengthen the argument that prostitution should remain illegal

Hey it's an honest living, probably the only honest living that Chris could manage to do.

No paycheck, immediate payment, flexible hours. It's something he could do with instant gratification -- Chris has a hard time doing work that he isn't instantly paid for.
