Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

Curious as to whether anyone has ever received/obtained anything unusual from Chris that he hadn't been selling. Aside from the medallions, I wonder if anyone had gotten any of his prized relics of fail from him.

It'd be sweet to spin-kick CWC right in his fat fucking stomach and then follow it up with crescent kick straight to his face and be like "HYAHHH" when I land the final blow.

You should then roll through his fat like a log roller and blow it all out his head.

what disability lawyer did Borb hire to put Chris on the tugboat? When you apply for a tugboat of your own they send to these hack psychologists hired to find any reason to deny a tugboat of your own? Did Chris go to psychologist who would say the right things in a report?

By the time they decided to go for it, they probably already had a long psychiatric history.

Something I'm also not sure of is whether he got some form of disability as a child. If he'd already had a history with the SSA before adulthood, they would already have done that weeding out process and it might have been easier to qualify for continuing disability as an adult.

(I'm not sure he'd have qualified since kids usually don't have qualifying work history and benefits at that point are needs-based, i.e. his family might have been too well off at the time.)

most tugboat applicants get denied when they first apply and have to hire disability lawyers, and SSA requires reevaluations every few years where they send to their hack psychologists that will say they able bodied and can hold jobs, but it maybe obvious Chris(tine)'s case that he/she isn't an able bodied individual capable of employment, I assume that Chris had an IEP that gave him door to door shortbus service, automatic placment on the honor roll, and a compensated group of galpals to tolerate him at lunch

It's about two thirds to 75 percent or so depending on who you ask. But that's because most of those first-time applicants don't have a substantial medical history leading up to that. It's possible and even likely that Chris did. Once you're denied and begin the process of challenging that, though, the entitlement to back benefits begins accruing. Since the contingency fee most disability lawyers charge is maxed at 25% of the back benefits or $6,000 (whichever is less), a case gets more interesting to pursue after the back benefits have started racking up.

So that combined with the slowness of the process would mean there would have been a pretty lengthy period where Chris was seeking disability but did not already have it. So depending on when that was in relation to when the Internet first got a hold of him, if he didn't have a designated payee (someone in charge of the tugboat), there would probably have been some point where he would have gotten a bunch of money and tarded out like Phil did.

Since that didn't happen, and this is super speculative, I think Chris might be one of those people who qualified relatively easily as obviously being a spaz and not someone just faking it.

around the time Chris was born, there was a fertility doctor (Cecil Jacobson) in Virginia who was inseminating patients with his own semen without their knowledge, did Borb to this doctor?

I'm not sure if he had one. If I recall, Bob signed him up for disability when he was around 18 because Bob felt he could bring in more money through disability than through work.
Chris may have been a minor when he was signed up, and, that combined with his extensive medical history, would make getting disability very easy. After that, it's a matter of keeping disability which isn't hard at all. Both Phil and Chris have managed that for years.

No. Chris has very obvious mental illness which means he can't hold down a job, though he can function in society to some degree. He's pretty much the perfect case for disability.

No. Chris was a completely unintentional baby.

So, this might not be specifically about Chris, but it seemed a little too on-the-nose to put in the General or Sonichu subforums (mods please move if I'm wrong in this) But it seems that perhaps Sonichu isn't even Chris's Original Character(TM). Sega was apparently playing with the idea of Sonic recolors EIGHT YEARS before Chris made Sonichu, in particular making a yellow one that, as of now, is the closest Sonichu has ever come to being in an actual game.

Also noteworthy is a red Sonic who likely morphed into the character Knuckles.

So, Chris... sorry, man, but Sonichu really was't your idea after all. Looks like you failed that high school project.

more importantly now chris is extra copyright infringing. unless he takes sega to court for stealing his recolor
