I think that's what the doctor was suggesting. He probably said "adult diapers", and that elicited Chris' response.

Does anybody know what kind of maintenance Chris keeps up with his car?
I was thinking how he drove halfway across Virginia to go to a GameStop in an army fort a while ago. He uses his car basically to go to all of his destinations. Is he smart enough to know that they require regular upkeep such as oil changes and coolant flushes? Is he at least un-dumb enough to have AAA memebership?
