My friend - well ex friend we are not on good terms at all well another person we knew used to bring up chris chan a lot, and she would insist i refer to chris by her preferred pronoun 'you just have to do that" and be annoyed and offended plus chew me out if i misgendered him or was ambivalent.

It's a touchy subject, but my personal take is Chris is just too disabled to have preferred pronouns.
There are people whose pronouns I will try to respect, but I don't think Chris is one of them.

The one interesting part of the video is how outdated the references are. All of the Chris specific references are about things from the Liquid Chris era with nothing about the merge or related things

It's more a matter of respect. Chris is an awful person who doesn't respect anyone else and banged his mom. This might sound a bit like A-logging, but he doesn't deserve respect and that includes not respecting his pronouns.

Chris does have preferred pronouns and made that clear on Twitter. They are She/Her/Hers.
If it were anyone else, I'd respect their pronouns, but Chris doesn't deserve that. He raped his mother. What woman does that?

When I looked that up, I came across this art from 2017, depicting the Chris of 2000. It is quite a contrast from one of his recent jail art pieces with the Chris of 2006.

There's a difference between a schizo thinking there's a spycam in his eye and a sane man wanting to chop his dick off. Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that very actively makes your ability to understand reality falter, while people with gender dysphoria don't have troubles understanding what's going on around them. A troon could never be found not guilty by reason of insanity because they are always aware of their actions, unlike a schizophrenic who could genuinely believe that the man following them is a CIA agent trying to kidnap them. Now if they want to troon out because of a different mental illness, that's a different story.

In theory he agreed to it, because it'd be a massive offense if Heilberg just went against Chris. That being said there's almost no way Chris knew what he was agreeing to, so he either didn't read into it or Heilberg did something to deceive Chris (which could've been as simple as handing him a paper to sign without telling him what it was, and banking on the fact that Chris wouldn't read it).
