Would it really be his fault if he hands Chris all the information and he doesn't read it before signing? If you don't read the terms and conditions of an agreement before agreeing to it that's on you. Chris as a phenomenon must be an extremely touchy spot for the Tranny community for this exact reason, motherfucking aside.
What makes his delusions about the multiverse or him being an anime character or being Sonichu or being Jesus any less valid than his, or any troon's, delusions about being a woman? Honestly from what I can see a major elephant in the room when it comes to trans people is autism, the rates are a higher and they are more easily, influenced, particularly by pop culture where I'm pretty sure if you ask the average trans troon they'll say a cartoon, anime or video game character is who they most closely identify with and otherwise have a weak sense of 'self'.

Chris is further gone than the average autistic trans person but there are clear similarities, mostly being chronically online and an obsession with fictional media.

When you see an autistic trans person and a non autistic trans person the difference is usually very obvious.

Straight up lying to Chris would be disbarment that's obvious. What I'm suggesting is he banked on the fact that Chris is disinterested in the legal proceedings and just wants to get out, and gave him a paper to sign without saying anything. That paper had all the information needed to make an informed decision, but Chris didn't bother reading it and just signed it. If questions arise on whether or not Chris knew what he signed up for, Heilberg can just say he gave him all the relevant information and that it was Chris' fault for not reading it. It's like a clickthrough agreement on a website, where you can't just get out of it because you didn't read it before agreeing.

Chris is known to trace things, and some of his most iconic art is badly traced. However, Peanuts is easy enough to draw that Chris could probably just copy it himself. It's not like it's drawn somewhat realistically like Mary Worth or something. If he's tracing, I wonder if he's getting a newspaper with the Peanuts strip in it, or if he got a Peanuts collection from the jail library.
