Would it really be his fault if he hands Chris all the information and he doesn't read it before signing? If you don't read the terms and conditions of an agreement before agreeing to it that's on you. Heilberg capitalizing on Chris' disinterest in the proceedings is morally dubious, but it'd be hard to prove he genuinely did anything wrong. Our law friends have assured us Heilberg would never risk his career like that. He’s not Lionel Hutz.
I can't tell if you're seriously saying that troons are as delusional as schizophrenics and I hope you're not.[Citation needed]
That's disbarment shit. Heilberg isn't doing that at retirement age.In theory he agreed to it, because it'd be a massive offense if Heilberg just went against Chris. That being said there's almost no way Chris knew what he was agreeing to, so he either didn't read into it or Heilberg did something to deceive Chris (which could've been as simple as handing him a paper to sign without telling him what it was, and banking on the fact that Chris wouldn't read it).
Honestly from what I can see a major elephant in the room when it comes to trans people is autism, the rates are a higher and they are more easily, influenced, particularly by pop culture where I'm pretty sure if you ask the average trans troon they'll say a cartoon, anime or video game character is who they most closely identify with and otherwise have a weak sense of 'self'.Chris as a phenomenon must be an extremely touchy spot for the Tranny community for this exact reason, motherfucking aside.
What makes his delusions about the multiverse or him being an anime character or being Sonichu or being Jesus any less valid than his, or any troon's, delusions about being a woman? At what degree of separation from reality does you draw the line between hecking valid transgender identity and mental illness?
If a schizo went to a doctor and asked him to remove one of his eyes because he's convinced that there's a CIA spy cam inside it, the doc wouldn't comply. Turning the dicks of people who believe they are women inside out into crude vaginas? That's okay though.
In theory he agreed to it, because it'd be a massive offense if Heilberg just went against Chris. I think an issue with Chris is he can be told something but there's a chance he'll just make up a magical outcome in his head where it'll all work out somehow because he's thinks he's the protaganist in life and that he can outsmart everyone and get his own way.It would be better than Chris creating his own defense, because as everyone knows, Chris doesn't know how to do things in his own best interest without harming himself. If it were up to him, Chris would go back home and go back to business as usual like nothing ever happened. His mind is too out of touch to grasp things from a legal standpoint.
Looks like tracing from peanuts to me combined with his spergery on top of it.Just checked out the Peanuts-related art dump and honestly, it really does work better than his pre-jail stuff.

Can't put my finger on it either, but this one in particular looks, for lack of a better word, presentable. Especially so when considering the limited resources available to him in jail. Ignore the spergy ranting in the speech bubbles and this could pass as a quick sketch by a real cartoonist.
Straight up lying to Chris would be disbarment that's obvious. What I'm suggesting is he banked on the fact that Chris is disinterested in the legal proceedings and just wants to get out, and gave him a paper to sign without saying anything. That paper had all the information needed to make an informed decision, but Chris didn't bother reading it and just signed it. If questions arise on whether or not Chris knew what he signed up for, Heilberg can just say he gave him all the relevant information and that it was Chris' fault for not reading it. It's like a clickthrough agreement on a website, where you can't just get out of it because you didn't read it before agreeing. That's disbarment shit. Heilberg isn't doing that at retirement age.
Chris is known to trace things, and some of his most iconic art is badly traced. However, Peanuts is easy enough to draw that Chris could probably just copy it himself. It's not like it's drawn somewhat realistically like Mary Worth or something. If he's tracing, I wonder if he's getting a newspaper with the Peanuts strip in it, or if he got a Peanuts collection from the jail library.Looks like tracing from peanuts to me combined with his spergery on top of it.
Chris has been doing that since he was in his mid 20s. With every saga, it hasn't worked out well for him. It was only a matter of time before Chris got into big boy trouble that his magical thinking won't help him with a hero's ending.I think an issue with Chris is he can be told something but there's a chance he'll just make up a magical outcome in his head where it'll all work out somehow because he's thinks he's the protaganist in life and that he can outsmart everyone and get his own way.
Why couldn't he have gotten a shitty overworked public defender that barely gave a fuck instead. That's disbarment shit. Heilberg isn't doing that at retirement age.
Also so far as I can tell, Heilberg has done an absurdly good job by Chris. The absolute best thing that could be done during this whole legal process would be keeping it completely under wraps with no milk for us to enjoy, and that Jew bastard has done exactly that.
Chris even in his worst arc gets so much better than he deserves.
No worries. The great God bear in the sky has their way to twist even the best situations that favor Chris against him.Why couldn't he have gotten a shitty overworked public defender that barely gave a fuck instead.![]()
No, he is UNinterested in the legal proceedings. Not DISinterested. Goddamn I hate that particular solecism.Straight up lying to Chris would be disbarment that's obvious. What I'm suggesting is he banked on the fact that Chris is disinterested in the legal proceedings and just wants to get out, and gave him a paper to sign without saying anything.
Tard luck. Because Chris always gets better than he deserves. Why couldn't he have gotten a shitty overworked public defender that barely gave a fuck instead.
Hopefully not too against him, if the jail arc turns into the 10 years in prison arc this will become even more boring than it already is, especially now that praetor controls all access to Chris. They only care about their profit, not the milk, they won't leak shit.No worries. The great God bear in the sky has their way to twist even the best situations that favor Chris against him.
Let's be completely honest, either they're hoarding a good chunk of Chris's artwork, or Chris is so lazy that he hasn't finished most of his art anyway. There is no way in hell Chris had only made or worked on 60 drawings during his stay in jail.Hopefully not too against him, if the jail arc turns into the 10 years in prison arc this will become even more boring than it already is, especially now that praetor controls all access to Chris. I'd suspect Praetor have a sort of rainy day stash they can draw on in case they lose contact with Chris, especially after Western.Let's be completely honest, either they're hoarding a good chunk of Chris's artwork, or Chris is so lazy that he hasn't finished most of his art anyway. Yeah but the last one is actually true. Wouldn't it be "you got it all wrong! It was the zombie in Borbs body who was sexually attracted and raped me! And I had to fight the spiders in the coochie with my sword to heal her! But I uh, took no pleasure obviously!"Chris's arguments about Barb follow the Kettle logic fallacy, by which someone throws out contradictory arguments in the hopes that one sticks. The scenario goes: Your neighbor borrows a pot and gives it back with a hole in it. When you confront him, he says, "There's no hole in that pot, you never even lent me a pot, and it had a hole in it when you lent it to me."
Chris's arguments about what happened with Barb have been: I only had sex with Barb to heal her, I never had sex with Barb, besides, she was the one who groomed and molested ME!"
Chris is as lazy as he is stupid, if not lazier. There is no way in hell Chris had only made or worked on 60 drawings during his stay in jail.
You think Barb groomed and molested Chris?Yeah but the last one is actually true.
