He was into that Simpsons Hit and Run game for a while and he spent money there, and I know he's into pokemon go that I am sure has micro transactions, but he's seen largely immune to games on his phone that we are aware of any way he hasnt mentioned stuff he's bought and your icloud account you need for app store downloads doesnt list what you have like PSN XBL etc, so it wouldnt shock me if he's dropped some money on mobile games, even Tetris has micro transactions and he's a fan of that.

That being said, considering how intimate they were in public (Snyder case), it's possible Chris was A-ok with Barb being pervy and didn't complain (not to say the incest scandal wasn't the first time Chris and Barb did it, if that were true then we'd have heard about it. also not saying that Barb for sure did anything).

Well if you recall from the field report about that hearing, it was Chris being creepy the entire time, with very little touching or hugging going on from Barb. Chris was even berating her for not being able to hear.

My whole point is that you have an old woman, who's probably not even interested in sex, then you have Chris, who's grabby, handsy and assaulty whenever he gets the chance. Odds are the spooning and things were initiated by him for whatever reason.

He was mute at the time and claims his den mother "got sick" of him screeching and making noise, and/or it was because he was autistic, which really doesn't pass the smell test, since Chris would have brought up as another example of people playing Kick the Autistic. He only mentioned unprompted, in summer of 2009:

You make an interesting point. It also makes a lot more sense if it’s framed as a prank on the naïve autistic kid instead of a “gang rape”. It’s a lot easier to see how those details in the Jenkins story could be only slightly twisted from the truth. I’m reminded of a South Park episode where Cartman tricks a blindfolded Butters into putting his balls in his mouth and something similar is at least plausible.

I don't believe that story although I believe Chris was probably always verbally stunted to some degree. He claimed his first word was "monkey" and he then went mute for years. That doesn't even make any sense and that would be tard home territory tism, not "high functioning" even by the standards of the time.

No connection between Chris getting kicked out of the Cub Scouts in the late 80s/early 90s and the renumbering of the house in 2000 or 2001.

According to the Greene County Treasurer's web site, the property tax bills are sent out in April, with payments due in June and December . The Chandlers' house number changed between the time the 2000 and 2001 property tax bills were sent out.

Assuming that the house number was still 46 when Chris gave it thus in his "A Week with CWC" school report, that means it changed between June 2000 and April 2001.

For what it's worth, the taxes are being paid on time. Maybe the bank that holds their mortgage is paying them via escrow.

One can see in the numbers the neglect of the house, especially after Bob died. The county treasurer estimates the property's value in 2022 as $158,400 - $66,000 for the land (0.56 acres) and $92,400 for the improvements. In 2008, they estimated it at $60,000 for the land and $121,000 for the improvements.

Any story from that time period of Chris's life is less likely an actual memory and more likely the interpretation Bob and/or Barb told him. Chris remembers really dumb stuff from his childhood, though, I could argue that he has edited events in his head a few times in his later years.

It's interesting because of what we don't know about his earlier trolling attempt from 2007 versus his better documented attempt during 2009, in which, as the CWCki puts it, he served as the "Eastern Front" for trolling Chris.

Unless I've missed something on the CWCki, the only source that we have for that trolling attempt—in which Joshua was Chris' first fake sweetheart after being discovered by the internet—is Chris himself in his chats with Anna and Megan, along with Sonichu #7, where he states that "Lori Lopez" ended up with Josh. The earliest date that Chris mentions "Lori" is November 5th, 2007, after Chris' discovery. It seems as though Joshua was completely unaware of the trolling going on with Chris around that time and independently decided to troll Chris. Or at least, Chris seemed to believe that Joshua was unaware of the ED page when he sent the email apologizing to Joshua for slandering him on said ED page and explained what it was. Chris vandalized his ED page with information about Joshua in January of 2008, but Joshua didn't start trolling Chris again until he sent the aforementioned email in April of 2009.

I could be wrong, but it seems as though Joshua was more or less just trying to revive his earlier trolling attempt, given that he used Vanessa Hudgens as the trollsona and had used her pic for the Lori identity. A cursory glance at the Vanessa Hudgens chatlogs suggests that he didn't really know much (or just didn't have much to say) about other trolling attempts, such as when Chris rambled a bit about Clyde Cash and Emily. He apparently watched some of Chris' YouTube videos and saw Chris crying about Blanca Weiss and asked about that at least, to which Chris forgot who she was and confused her with PandaHalo. It really looks like the first time that he was lumped in with Chris' other trolls was when Rocky Shoemaker went to the police about his extortion of Chris with the overpriced PSP and insisted that they investigate Ivy as well, which caused both trolls operating independently of one another to back off at the same time.

There are two things. First, that whole thing about his first word being "monkey" is absolutely fabricated. He claimed he first spoke at six weeks old, which is impossible. When he actually started speaking is unknown, it could be that he never spoke until the end of his nonverbal period.

Second, it would depend on when exactly he got evaluated. If it was after his nonverbal period then he was he was able to speak and attend school without constantly disrupting the class, so that'd be high functioning. Knowing Borb they probably had him tested early when he wasn't speaking, but because they didn't want Chris permanently labelled as low functioning immediately got him retested when he started speaking, possibly with some threats if they didn't label him high functioning.
