My prediction:

Going off of the recent alleged jail visit, it would appear that Chris seems to have accepted that his release will have terms, in his mind the "sacrifice" or not seeing Barb or 14BLC. Seeing as Chris has already spent the max amount of time he would be sentenced to behind bars as time served, perhaps its possible the prosecution is offering a plea deal with stipulations on Chris if he gets out. (Among those probably being that he has to stay off the internet) Being how much of a circus this whole thing is, it would not surprise me if the courts, the jailhouse, and Heilburg are all sick of the weening and just want to get shit over with.

If this is the case, Chris could be on the loose sooner rather than later.
Chris will most definitely not get a complete internet ban this can be interpreted as a violation of constitutional rights. What I think will be the most realistic outcome is that his internet usage will be heavily monitored ( e.g. sharing history to a supervisor, disclosing online interactions, no porn sites). However, that is largely dependent on how much the internet influenced Chris to do the nasty on Barb.

Agreed. At this point full internet bans still happen but they're only reserved for top-level crimes. Even ones put in place years ago are becoming controversial and some want them overturned.

On another note, does this effectively function as proof for the jail visit's authenticity? The timing and Chris's implications throughout the account seem to match up too well to be coincidence.

They can't restrict Chris' internet access simply because it'd be for the best. The courts are prosecuting a tard, they're not here to try and mitigate his mental collapse, never mind that because his crime was not at all internet related they wouldn't even be allowed to. I'm not sure if a guardian/conservator can require Chris' internet access to be monitored and/or restricted, but if the courts care enough about Chris then that could be a possibility.

Internet usage is unrelated to the crime he is being charged with. I would be surprised if the judge even understood that Chris is a notable figure. Sure his lawyer has been blasted by weens, but I would be surprised if a single troll tried to fuck with a judge.

I think that it would look very bad for the lawyer and legal system as a whole if they released a known autistic person without having a plan to home them. I could see praetor taking chris him, has has been quite profitable for them.

If Chris now has a reduced sex drive, I wonder if that conflicts with his desire to transition, since his motivation for that was to attract lesbians.
Imo being female is just one of Chris’s autistic special interests/hyperfixations, I doubt it’ll ever go away entirely but once something more interesting comes along he’ll just stop paying as much attention to it (Like Sonic the Hedgehog when My Little Pony generation 4 came out).

So I think if something else comes along and consumes all his free time Chris will still consider himself female even if he’s no longer putting any effort into it.

I think with the new legislation they have to find somewhere suitable?

I can’t imagine Praetor being seen as that since they look like a bunch of teens/early twenty somethings who still live with their parents and I’m guessing none of them have any experience or qualifications for looking after people with special needs.

I don't think the courts can legally ban Chris fromt the internet.

Any type of criminal charges involving online activities may warrant a placement on bans or restrictions.

from whay i cam tell unless the internet was directly involved with the barb fucking theres nothing they can do. And no making a splash ON the internet because you're the ultimate lolcow doesn't count.

Speculation time regarding the current affairs, allow me to play devil's advocate and state a position on Chris not getting the autism deferral.

Now I have to preface this with going off of what Chris has said and research I've done on the autism bill in Virginia.

One of the things Chris mentioned in that Heilberg was upset that Chris couldn't be placed anywhere, that could be something like a shortage of beds, which Chris had mentioned at his restoration visit to Western State Hospital. It could be that they don't have bed space because Chris isn't deserving of space because he isn't that far gone. His stint there was about a month, which really isn't that long of a time, basically an administrative time period of getting checked in, getting up to speed, and checked out, going right back to jail. It could be that they did treat him and went "Nope, this guy passed all our tests, he understands everything, why is he even here?" and put him back into jail because he's "normal enough".

One of the things I read in a piece about the autism defense bill was an advocate telling a story of someone with severe autism who was homeless, and charged with burglary because they needed a place to sleep that night, and that they weren't there to steal anything but didn't understand that it was wrong to do that because they really needed a place to sleep, thus it was wrong to charge and lock them up because of that.

Now with Chris, you could make the argument that he wanted sex and Barb was the only vagina around, and just couldn't comprehend that was wrong. Unfortunately Chris does understand that, and given how much Chris bragged about it, it wouldn't take a master in interrogation tactics to get Chris to feel proud of it and let slip something like "Yeah she said I was better than all the other guys, even my father!", or "No she didn't want it but I convinced her to go along with it".

If Chris was normal enough, it would make sense that Heilberg would be having trouble finding a place for him, especially if the local programs are filled up with actually crazy people. They could be telling Heilberg that no, we don't want him because he's not nuts. Heilberg has zero say on the mental health examination. He can't go "Oh no, you're wrong, Chris really didn't understand what he was doing at the time." He's powerless and has to go with whatever they deem Chris to be.

This review is a review in the courts. The judge isn't going to go to Region 10 and demand they put Chris in a home, and we have no idea if Heilberg even requested this, and this is the one of the first real tests of this new autism deferral. One thing that I read was that the courts will be provided with a full summary that some top people in Virginia's mental health system sign off on, so the mental health community who evaluated Chris will give their own recommendation, then the courts will make a determination. While Heilberg would probably get a copy, it's still up to the courts.

We also have precedent from the last time Chris was in trouble and had to take that deferment program which included trips to a psychologist. Chris mentioned to Null (or Marvin?) that his doctor was getting upset with him about him sperging on about his nonsense, normally doctors don't respond in that way. However they do respond in that way if they know the person is just making shit up but otherwise 100% fine, just isn't taking things seriously, which that deferment program eventually found with Chris. He was fine, he passed his tests, and he got his movie tickets and a rose from the judge.

Remember, Heilberg is not a medical doctor, he's a lawyer. While one look at Chris and five minutes talking to him may make him seem like he's nuts, Chris is unable to fake it with actual medical and psychological people examining him over a long period of time. It could be that medical professionals are going to rule him completely fine and able to face the music.

What tennis ball Tony is saying explains a lot. Heilburg must heave pussyfooted around for a year hoping it could add up to a year served and get Chris off with probation thinking he'd come off as autistic enough the courts would keep the charges as misdemeanor ones.

That failed for several reasons. Chris wouldn't shut up and let heilburg do the talking, Chris stubbornly refused to accept a guilty plea because in his little peanut brain he's totally innocent, Chris's shit foolery was dumb but not retarded enough to convince the med teams he's the tard baby who made it to 40 heilburg has hopped he could paint him as.

Heilburg tried and failed to make Chris look like some poor little retard who got caught with hand in the cookie jar and couldn't be charged with a felony because he didn't fully understand what he was doing. Well two years on and it's now clear to everyone involved Chris may be an idiot, but he's not enough of an idiot to know the difference between right and wrong.

I hope the kid gloves come off next week and they crackdown hard enough to wear Chris will finally be punished for what he's done....not 10 years a felon in hard time punished (which was possible once) just punished enough to where he finally realizes crying and saying I'm sorry won't be enough this time.

Cause truth be told, given how cows like gibes, Labelle, and especially public enemy #1 and 2 kerffals and dong Jones are. I kinda miss the big lug, his antics (barb fucking aside of course) seem almost charmingly quaint by comparison.

At the time of the incest call Chris was planning on going to Everfree NW where he would meet the Suitress, who had a crush on Chris. The trip was all planned out and the money was raised. Barb was not the only option.

The crazy thing is that Chris could have continued the incest AND gone to Everfree if he had just kept his mouth shut.

On the topic of this.. Would there need to be a review for the prosecution to bring up rape charges? If the mental ward found him the be mentally sound, and the hospital that Barb was not competent to consent, is it possible that the prosecution is dusting off rape charges only now to catch Heilburg off guard?

I've been thinking somewhat of the same thing too.
I think barb is not pressing charges, barb told investigators it was consensual so Chris gets less trouble/time. Pretty sure she didn't want to fuck chris though.

I don't have any facts that it's the case here but this happens in domestic abuse cases when both parties are drunk at the time of abuse.

If Chris now has a reduced sex drive,
That’s a big If. It takes a lot to get someone chemically castrated, last time I checked. It’s a huge attack on his body.

I wonder if that conflicts with his desire to transition, since his motivation for that was to attract lesbians.
That’s a myth.

I think that it would look very bad for the lawyer and legal system as a whole if they released a known autistic person without having a plan to home them.
Would anyone other than us even notice? For the most part, no one care. No advocacy group is championing Chris’s case. Most people want to sweep him under the rug.

I could see praetor taking chris him, has has been quite profitable for them.
Aren’t they a bunch of youngsters living with their parents? Would Chris live in a basement subsisting on Eggos and Reese’s Pieces?

You see the issue with Everfree is Chris would have to wait to get china, whereas Barb was just right there in a near catatonic state. The incest started in June you really expect Chris to be patient for two months?

If those idiots tried to get Chris released to them the judge would just laugh in their faces. No matter how much they want to be done with Chris they can't just send him to a bunch of incompetent zoomers and call it a day.

It can be hard to understand Barb's psyche at times, but if she wants Chris back it's probably because she misses having an obedient helper monkey she can siphon money off of and send to get food.

He ran out of luck. Reality simply won't allow him to be this much of a disgusting loser and still somehow be able to have sex with an attractive young woman.

The standard for being able to avail oneself of the autism "defense" (which is deferral pending a period of probation) is not whether you "knew right from wrong." In fact there is no specific standard other than that the crime had a direct and substantial relationship with or was caused by a diagnosed autism condition or intellectual disability:

"the court may, if the defendant has been diagnosed by a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist with (i) an autism spectrum disorder as defined in the most recent edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association or (ii) an intellectual disability as defined in § 37.2-100 and the court finds by clear and convincing evidence that the criminal conduct was caused by or had a direct and substantial relationship to the person's disorder or disability, without entering a judgment of guilt and with the consent of the accused, after giving due consideration to the position of the attorney for the Commonwealth and the views of the victim, defer further proceedings and place the accused on probation subject to terms and conditions set by the court."

Courts also have latitude to fashion an appropriate resolution in a specific case. Based on the fact that there were hearings last year, then the information was sealed, no adjudication (guilty/not guilty, etc.) was entered, and Chris remains in custody of the jail, I suspect that they are either already utilizing the "autism statute" or otherwise agreed to a deferral pending his ability to behave (for lack of a better term - could have had any number of conditions) for up to a year.

Original review hearing was set for August, but now 5+ month into the year since that started, there's a new hearing on the calendar. This suggests they put the 1 year mark on the calendar as the outside date for review, with the idea that if either he showed great progress and/or a space opened up in a less restrictive but still appropriate space, the initial review (with an eye to potentially leaving physical jail) could occur earlier - say, 6 months in, which, adding time for process, is where we are now.

Law, like medicine, is typically far less personal for the actors (in this case, attorneys and judge) than spectators might imagine.

You see the issue with Everfree is Chris would have to wait to get china, whereas Barb was just right there in a near catatonic state. The incest started in June you really expect Chris to be patient for two months?
I’m skeptical about Barb being “near catatonic.” Old and feeble is enough for Chris to overcome her. Probably bewildered, but she’s lived without him in 14blc, indicating she was not any kind of catatonic.

If those idiots tried to get Chris released to them the judge would just laugh in their faces. No matter how much they want to be done with Chris they can't just send him to a bunch of incompetent zoomers and call it a day.
Would the dopes even want him? They benefit when Chris is in jail, cared for by someone else while sending them shit to sell. This is the perfect situation for their racket.

Why did he Turn into a Tranny what was his Reasoning for that wtf
He’s never liked being a man. Living as a woman is much more comfortable for him. He also probably has an autistic fixation towards women and becoming one seemed like a logical step. It’s noteworthy that he’s been living like a trans woman for years now, trying to signal that he wants people to see him as one. Unlike Phil who dresses like a man and keeps his hair shorn, Chris puts in an effort. It is what it is.

Woah shit that court date came out of nowhere. And only 9 days from now. I'm not getting my hopes up or making any predictions. I've been disappointed too many times now.
You see the issue with Everfree is Chris would have to wait to get china, whereas Barb was just right there in a near catatonic state.
Barb wasn't really catatonic. She was at least lucid enough to still be walking and talking and even driving on her own with moderate success after Chris got arrested.

Lawyer Kiwis have said the letters are irrelevant and the lawyers won’t bring them up.
They're not totally irrelevant but nothing would be gained by introducing them, and they might be excluded on a number of grounds (hearsay and the chain of custody being through utter autists for instance). I think only the prosecution would have any interest in using them.
@AnOminous We were talking about the prosecution using them. Even if they don't add evidence, I think it matters that Chris says Barb was "Zombielike, deer in the headlights most of the time" when the incest happened, and that she needs to die pronto so he can have her house. When talking about someone's sentencing or release, I think the prosecution would definitely bring up a con's letters to the effect that their victim was an invalid at the time and they plan on murdering them the minute they get out.

Most importantly I think, Chris skipped the grand jury because he waived indictment for the autism disposition, so they didn't need one to hold him for the maximum of 10 years. If Chris doesn't get the autism disposition, will they suddenly need to indict him to keep holding him, or will it just be "Too bad, you already waived indictment"?

See if this were any one else the jail would give him a couple bucks, directions to a homeless shelter, maybe a rideshare to one and called it a day then and there. In order to fulfill the state requirement of finding a slow in the mind like him a place to stay.

But this isn't anyone else. It's Chris mother fucker Chan. He's been more trouble than he's worth from day one.
