[3rd Continuance]

Kacey ruined the Liquid Saga. Any time it looked like Liquid and Solid were about to provide some lulz she'd swoop in with "OMG CHRIS DON'T TALK TO MY BOYFRIEND LIKE THAT." She also was pretty mean spirited and not in a funny way.

She did lead to the beauty that is the Father Call, though, so. Silver linings and all that.

Kacey was a pain in the ass. She was always sperging on the PVCC about how she wanted the Liquid Saga to be the final saga in Christory, and frequently interceded in interactions with Chris. She's quite fond of herself despite being something of a waste of space - last I heard she and Liquid had gotten married and he spent much of his time getting her milkshakes from McDonald's. She could have been a lolcow in her own right, given the appropriate circumstances.

We don't fuck with Chris enough.

I can't believe how pathetic shit has gotten in where we are literally PAYING Chris money just to get him to do shit. And at the same time if we don't have anyone go forward and poke his corpse of a career, it's gonna stay dead.

What happened to the brave souls who would simply just poke fun at him rather independently and fuck with his life to show us what a shitty human being he has the capacity to be?

There is OVERWHELMING evidence that Chris tends to deserve what's coming to him. He's not a straight horrifying bigot or murderer but the guy is a straight leech on society.

I want to see people do their own things and enjoy the community but I don't want to watch this shit die out on me because we only observe or try pussy shit like paying him money. Him begging for money on the Internet is OUR fault and we need to stop.

Opinion: Digging up Patti would actually be pretty hilarious. Not because of how it would troll Chris, but because of how it would troll the farms.

Oh, another unpopular opinion I forgot.

Everyone always uses Clyde Cash as their go-to example for the best Chris troll. He did have some good moments, but he was kinda hit-and-miss for me. Any time Clyde had direct contact with Chris (that I can remember), he pretty much just yelled at him and told him what a fat lazy piece of shit he was. Liquid was a way better troll than Clyde in my opinion, because Liquid got under his skin without having to resort to any of that kind of stuff.

The only thing that I can think of that I haven't seen other people share over the years is that I believe whoever ran the CWCipedia handled the control they had over Chris in the wrong way towards the end.

The CWCipedia was a great resource, it was a free website for Chris to write about whatever thoughts came to his mind, somewhere that encouraged him to update Sonichu and of course brought us all the hilarity that came from the Mailbag. I just feel like the trolling that happened towards Chris at the time was far too intense for him. He would get hounded at if he hadn't uploaded a page every day (something that I believe ultimately sickened him off making Sonichu comics), he was trolled regularly by adverts (which while hilarious and produced a knee jerk reaction for him shouldn't have been as relentless) and any time he did the slightest thing wrong, such as calling Surfshack Tito a nigger, the trolls behind the page would get horrifically offended and destroy the website or lock him out.

Eventually it just felt to me like Chris got, sickened by the whole thing and I think that was where the beginning of the end of his time as a golden cow ended.

Have we coined a term yet for the people who do nice things for Chris just to piss off the mainstream Kiwis who aren't A-Logs but realize that Chris has done nothing to deserve any good in his life? Despite this I'd like to see the conclusion. You have been immortalized by Chris himself for your efforts. It was never about the comic, but Chris' reaction.

I don't feel bad for Chris and his ordeal BlueSpike. It befounds me how Chris can be simultaneously dumb and stubborn enough to continue subjecting himself to BlueSpike's shit after he revealed himself. All Chris had to do was hang up and call Sony to get his PSN account back. Hell, that's what he could've done when his PSN got compromised throughout the various other sagas.

I think people just got riled up at the thought of a 13 year-old trolling Chris via repeated phone sex conversations. If it weren't for BlueSpike's age, I guarantee you it wouldn't have caused anywhere near as much drama on our end.

Count me in on the pro-Skyraider and pro-Catherine teams, as far as unpopular opinions go. Whatever you think of their methods, we got some fantastic content through their efforts.

My unpopular opinion - Kacey gets judged WAY too harshly, here at KF. I think she gets blamed for a lot of stuff, that's a pretty natural cause/effect of the circumstances she was under. Also, did anybody at the time, think that their words and actions would be poured over, and dissected in detail, almost a decade later? Cut her a break, guys!

Just thinking about it now, I could write a 10k word essay, about the bad beat Kacey gets... There's just so many layers...

But how about this? Liquid Chris was a motherfucking superstar, in a way that maybe one out of a thousand people are. He was able to command an audience's attention, like very few people are able to do- a sort of natural showmanship, where he's able to be interesting, even when he's not doing a damn thing. Call it photogenic, stage presence, timing, whatever- I say he's a superstar.

Every time I hear SHOWDOWN, I'm still like, "That's it? That's all I get? There's no season two? I want more!"

99.9% of us, are going to look bad, standing next to Liquid Chris. The dude was just a naturally gifted performer. And we're not. Kacey certainly wasn't. (OMG- can you imagine the tag-team power of a Liquid Chris / Jace Connors Team-Up?)

I'm of the opinion that Christorical Figures should also be judged, by the new information and insight they provided into Chris, not solely on LOLs alone. By that measure, I think Kacey is one of the greatest trolls ever. Think about how much information she got out of Chris, all the stuff that we know because of the Kacey Calls. So what if they're not LOLzy? The work she did, the information she got, it laid the groundwork for other folks later.

So yeah- my unpopular opinion is, ya'll need to cut Kacey some slack.
