To be fair we don't know what conditions may have been agreed to behind closed doors, what we do know is a car with a mispelt number plate was seen there once so that could mean he's back, has restricted visitor rights or it's a ween winding people up.
We only know the case was dropped but there is a high likely hood that their is some medical oversight.
If there was none then we would be seeing more evidence of Chris at BLC.

As I understand it you can have agreed conditions on the dropping of a case, but from what we've seen Chris seems to be under some form of care order.
