Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

And we're all still fucking here.

Eh, Sonichu is one of the less interesting things about Chris. The real entertainment value was in all the weirdness of his life, and him tardraging about it. The only thing the comic was good for is his warped version of the various events, which we can now get easily from Facebook.

Was Rollin and Trollin Chris' only chance to escape? If that were his last video, would he have been left relatively ignored by the internet?

So you guys all know how Chris is a "woman" now and probably is going to change into some obscure tumblr gender in 1-2 years tops. But is it possible that Chris will go back to his true form? It would be funny to see the transition to be honest. So what do you guys think would cause him to do so and/or what would happen if this was the case.
You FOOL! This isnt even his final form! Wait until you see his TRUE AND HONEST power! HYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

That is an interesting question in all this. I suppose had Chris gave up his online presence cold turkey, we would've moved on.

Were Barb and Bob more normal at one point before they had Chris?

It seems that in the 70s and 80s they may have been a bit whacky, but were still fairly approachable and could be integrated into the larger society that they were part of. Bob probably could have gone hunting a few times with his buddies and played in that dixieland band of his.

Barb, were she so inclined, could have been capable of having a few coffee parties, bible studies or quilting bees with the women of the town.

It seems that as Chris matured they became wierder and wierder, and more cut off from the larger community. As a disabled child, Chris required an enormous amount of resources both financial and emotional. It seems the more Chris grew, the more isolated, cut off and autistic they both became.

Were Borb more capable and normal before their darling child or less so? I do not mean to A-log I just genuinely wonder

Neither of them are really weird, this forum just tends to be a bit hyperbolic about stuff like that. Barb is a little weird now because she's an old woman who probably has schizophrenia or some other disorder.

Also, inb4 lock, I want to have a threesome with Christine's taintpussy and barb's dry vaggo

They were both dysfunctional, warped people.

But both used to have far more full, capable lives.

Don't you think 1980 Borb were vastly different than 2010 Borb?

In 1980, they were both barflies who had fun. By 2010 one was a hoarding snorlax, and the other was slowly dying from bed bugs.
I really think that both Chandler parents need to be considered separately, not together.

Barb, even before meeting Bob, seems to have had a consistent pattern of not being able to form lasting bonds with people, even her own family. She apparently had a long working career, yet never maintained any contact with her former co-workers. There was never a mention of spending any social time with neighbors, and what socializing she did do what apparently in bars. Cole indicates she had a few flings with numerous guys, none of whom stuck around very long. Granted, this last information is gained through the Cole Filter, but there's no reason to consider it inaccurate in light of everything else we know. Even her family seems to have deliberately cut ties with her, though whether this was all at once or gradually is unknown. So Barb could not form bonds with anyone, and the bonds she did form were ultimately self-serving. Now is it surprising that her strongest bond is with her Tard son, who is basically her housepet?

Bob, on the other hand, did get married and had a family, though unfortunately the marriage didn't work out. He was an outgoing sort and enjoyed talking to people from other cultures. Like Barb, he was not on good terms with his offspring, but apparently there was some effort made to repair that, albeit unsuccessful. Bob was even a part-time radio DJ, which is a gig you don't get without at least a modicum of people skills.

Born were obviously both dysfunctional parents that created a dysfunctional family. No argument there. However, I'd suggest that Bob, left to his own devices, might have ended up having a fairly normal life, albeit with many regrets. Barb, on the other hand, never had a chance. Even if she hadn't met Bob, I'm willing to bet she'd continue to prey on the emotionally weak for as long as anyone would have her. Ultimately, she would still become a shut-in once the bar scene no longer worked in her favor, and would still eventually turn to daytime TV and hoard building to fill the void that was once filled by male attention.
