Are you certain he lives in Virginia? The Northwest Biohazard, LLC filing is out of Missouri, not Virginia.

Still want to find out who this person is and what their involvement is with the Big Island property. The Northwest Biohazard filing shows a clear link between Caden and Thomas Cecil, which also provides an ownership link to the Big Island house. It's a slightly obfuscated one, to be sure, but it is there. It'd also be good to know why this person was chosen for the transfer of ownership - in other words, what is the level of Caden's trust in him, and why?

FWIW, Wintermute General, LLC is also out of Missouri, but appears to likely be a pass-through to Caden directly. My guess is that it's used for consulting or other B2B-type work.

"Fast people search" shows an Alex J Karr living in unit 3. They are a self employed graphic designer.

At this point, it's a fairly safe bet that Thomas Cecil / Realty Plus, LLC are just proxies for Caden's ownership of the Big Island house.

The working theory is that Caden removed his name from the title in order to avoid having the property confiscated in the event that his drug trial had gone south and he went to prison. This led to the creation of Realty Plus, LLC, which served to obfuscate his ownership interest in the property.
