Looking up the address that Cecil is living at, shows a one bedroom apartment:

Spokeo lists two people there, one with the last name as "M" and the the last name of "Monika".

"Fast people search" shows an Alex J Karr living in unit 3. They are a self employed graphic designer.

True, but he can lie on the paperwork. Either way, having at least this much confirmation is good.

At this point, it's a fairly safe bet that Thomas Cecil / Realty Plus, LLC are just proxies for Caden's ownership of the Big Island house.

I'd run across the South Nodaway Robotics Club article before, but had totally glossed over the Thomas Cecil appearance. Derp.

That raises the question of why Caden is in Marysville, MO when he grew up in Virginia. Sure, he's there for school, but the article shows that he had links to the area well before then; it refers to him as being in the seventh grade in 2016. Relatives, possibly?

Chris skipped over whoever she is in his description, and she's listed conspicuously as just 'an unknown woman' on the CWCki. But he shows her alongside a man in a pickle suit, before replacing said pickle man with himself. She's never been seen anywhere else other than in this video. She also looks vaguely Asian (from what little we can make out of her face), which matches with the few depictions of her we've seen.

Good theory but it's not her. I don't know who that is though, probably just some random woman
 
I just thought how things would of been not of Bob cut the the internet down but have Chris on the meds he has now.

Like if bob saw chris chocking his duck when he got those phone calls to check on him but took him to real doctor instead of empty threats.

I think it would of been a happy ending, no?
