Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

We know that Chris was bullied a lot in high school long before :julay:, :ween:, :asperchu:, and }:P. And yet, while he sees high school as the best time of his life, he would draw the torture and death of the "Asperpedia Four" as if they hurt him like never before.

Why is that?

If I may play armchair psychologist for a moment, I don't think it's so much a matter of him feeling as though the "Asperpedia Four" hurt him more than anyone else, but more the fact that they introduced the concept of burning someone in effigy in a webcomic, so to speak. Before this incident, villains were dealt with in a more or less kid friendly way because none of the people who were trolling him up to that point (intentionally or not) did anything that came close to suggesting that level of graphic violence.

From the "Chris and Sex" CWCki page…

and thinks that electric shocks to the vagina are pleasurable.

 Haha, what the fuck? Did he pick this up from the movie "Bruce Almighty?"

he probably saw it in one of his "educational films" and thinks it's a fetish for all women
Maybe, but with any internet galpal, they could start talking to Chris sensually and tell him they're sticking rolls of quarters in their vagina and Chris will always play along. Vaginas (well, and maybe the girl's voice) are sex triggers for Chris. :tomgirl:

Oh man, I'm sure he wouldn't even question it if we did the quarter thing and started playing 70's-style porno music in the background. "Hmm, well, dat's the sex music they play on family guy."

Best theory I can devise is that his ego wasn't fully developed until he (technically) entered adulthood. He didn't have quite so much pride to be injured. That or his rage against his high school enemies never made it to paper (or at least, not to the Internet).

When Chris started drawing Sonichu, at first it was about its title character and Chris played second fiddle. As time went on he would come to overshadow Sonichu and make the comic about his own trials and tribulations. I don't think he was venting against his enemies by drawing them until much later in his life.

Or how women get off on being violently tit-fucked.

God, of all the examples of Chris being dumb as hell, that one really sticks with me for some reason. I'd almost want to ask Chris, "would you like to be titfucked?" Y'know, fatty's seems to be so unfamiliar with female anatomy, what the hell did he learn in sex ed?

As Alec has suggested over the years, the Asperchu/CWCipedia saga was an assault on Chris's happy place, his imagination, the likes of which he had never experienced before. People may have given him shit for his lifestyle and attitude, but no one had ever so thoroughly messed with his autonomy before. He had to deal with them somehow, but his typical Saturday-morning cartoon tactics wouldn't suffice.

Notably, he first tried reclaiming power via his Asperchu parodies (an incident that ends in Alec's home being destroyed, his creations freed from mental blocks and super rape, and himself getting beat up off-panel by said creations), but apparently, that wasn't enough.

Hence, the heinous jump from blandly colorful superheroics to ten-button electric chairs and death by psychic treatment.

Chris really wanted "Mitch Sonichu" to be some sort of big character, with all the establishing shots showing off his new look.

Why did he ever offer no reaction to everyone calling Mitch gay? He didn't even seem the least bit bothered that Alec's version of Mitch was cemented to be gay.

Vaginas are... Mmm... Gorgeous. Does it really matter what we use them for?

I don't remember the time it took Chris or Alec to make their respective comics, but it's entirely possible Chris was distracted with the whole "kill Simonla" thing to notice Mitch Chu's debut. Also, it would require reading Asperchu to learn about Mitch's fabulousity.

What's the deal with Chrissy and Glade Plug-ins?

He made such a big deal over them in the wedding comic now I'm curious.

After all no real room needs 8 air fresheners.

This reminded me of the second house tour and the Febreze cans we saw in the hoard. Maybe it was completely normal to him?

Considering that a large portion of the Hoard was garbage (not even the subjective, "this goodwill crap is garbage" type of garbage, but pizza boxes and old food and stuff), it had to have been normal to him.

I asked why he had included six glade plug-ins with our suite. Chris claimed that a single one wasn’t strong enough for his small bedroom so a suite would require much, much more. Things were about to get dirt-ay, after all! Plus, there was that whole thing with Chris defecating whenever he experienced a sincere, triggering, emotion…
