Does anyone know what this thing is on the back on Chris's neck? Looks like some towel or something, why would it be there? Have wondered this for a long time.

I've always kind of felt bad about laughing about that, because it's one of his most innocent eccentricities, but holy crap is it funny. It's yet another example of Chris weaving multiple layers of autism the way a lesser man might wield a paintbrush.

1. Makes laughable medallion, wears it unironically.

2. Medallion makes his autistic spider sense tingle.

3. Instead of simply removing the ugly medallion, he attaches a toilet paper tube to it, ensuring he looks like a dumpster clown from front and behind.

You couldn't write this stuff, it would sound too silly.

Does Chris have a reputation around ruckersville, or do people not really give a fuck because he doesn't go out very often?

They almost certainly have knowledge of who he is, because they hang out on the Internet and Chris isn't shy about his past. They are tumblr trannies though so they probably just view him as one of them.

Again I don't know. I don't think so. Chris is an oddball sure but I don't think people pay him much mind in the real world.

Chris is a nuisance nearly everywhere he goes.

He's basically banned from every major retail outlet in his county and beyond.

He got banned from Anytime Fitness because he was belching/farting loudly and generally being gross. The End Games (a card store) for arguing with the management about wanting to place Sonichu on a Pokemon sign and arguing that he WAS a Pokemon. He flipped shit when he found said sign in the trash.

I guess what I mean by "pay him little mind" is people don't perceive him the way we would. Very few people in Ruckersville and Charlottesville probably see him as the Chris Chan. They just see that smelly weirdo who always argues with people. I know he's been tarding around town for decades and people know about him from that.
