Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

I'm not giving you a boyfriend free girl for trespassing, you fat, balding potato!
Does Chris even truly desire tangible china at this point in his life? Is he impotent? Quality content released within the past few months depict a pained Chris tugging at the world’s most depressing and bent rope.

The setting takes place in the retirement home. Has Chris played a sax before?
This is the episode after the one that he's bitching "fanservice"

Quite some time ago, we looked at that particular character and it is probably not intended to be Chris.

Noticed lately someone has homebrewed a version of the classic Super Mario Bros. to run on a Commodore 64. It's an impressive piece of work (limitations aside), though I do wonder what Chris would make of that in his screwed up little noggin.

That's a gorgeous piece of work, but not at all surprised that the C64 could do it, infact there was a ripoff (that Ninty sued the developers of) called "Great Giana Sisters" that came out in 1986 that was almost identical in speed and complexity, but with different maps, sprites and music of course. Now THAT I would have liked to see the look on Chris' face for with such a blatant ripoff.

The two machines are actually very similar, both being based around a modified MOS 6502 CPU. The biggest difference was in the approach the two systems took to game graphics. The VIC-II chip on the C64 was based around sprites for gaming, and other video modes were primarily for business applications and compatibility as it was a computer first, a game machine second. Nintendo took an extremely novel approach with the Famicom/NES with 'mappers' which allowed for a wide variety of modes that could be taken advantage of by different games giving in general superior action games, the C64 having only the sprite and 16-colour mode for it's fast action games, but had far more memory and storage for complex RPGs. Each could outperform the other in certain styles of gaming, and the rivalry was like Coke and Pepsi to mid-80's geek kids.

I believe I may have discovered from where the relatively new CWC-ism "Bugbear" originates from (apologies if this is late).
The term originates in British slang, and acts as a synonym of the American English term "pet peeve". I believe Chris may have picked it up from Catherine.

Provided it's not done by scamming lowlifes, it'd be kind of cool to have a "Where are they now?" Of the galpals, Walsh, whatever.

But autism and weenery would always sadly prevail.

With most things Chris, he probably picked it up from My Little Pony.

The Bugbear was also a monster-of-the-week on one of the episodes of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

Occam's razor points to the recent obsession of OPL rather then the olde English slang or the AD&D monster.
