If Chris died after Barb and he had never had a child and (aka died alone without passing on the Weston-Chandler bloodline) who would end up inheriting the CWC estate so to speak?

Firstly, there's no chance Chris is ever gonna have kids at this point. Even if he somehow convinced someone to marry him, his dick doesn't work right anymore and doesn't produce healthy sperm.

I don't think anyone's going to inherit anything once Chris croaks. The house is gonna be foreclosed and the Horde will most likely be destroyed, and this is assuming Chris even keeps the house until the end of his life.
