A simp’s someone who gives money to twitch thots, right? If so, Chris isn’t exactly the most extreme example.
Sorry I don’t exactly understand what a simp is. I’m looking it up and it seems like a shorter way of saying nice guy.

With Chris watching the sonic cartoon in the 90s and later entering and unfortunately winning the sweepstakes, do you think Chris developed a craving for chili dog and started eating them non stop?

He certainly eats chili dogs, presumably because Sonic does. Being Chris, he tops them with cheese, olives, pickles, red onion, green pepper, tuna, vinaigrette, ketchup, AND mustard. He claims that Sonic himself 'enjoyed and liked' one that Chris presumably arranged for him, because of course Chris did. (Also: ewwwwww why do that to a perfectly good chili dog Chris what did it ever do to you)

If it comes to Section 8, he won't have a choice. Granted, I bet Chris's own personal hoard is not nearly as home-spanning as the resurected Barbage hoard and most of it will get left behind, but Chris at least would take that stupid child's school desk he loves so much despite it not being even remotely a functional piece of furniture for a man in his 30s.
The irony of Sonichu is that ultimately, he only even remains important to Chris because the teacher unintentionally made Chris believe Sonichu was his greatest, most original creation (when he most certainly is not). He's only been a supporting crutch for Chris's own story, sort of like an imaginary friend (Imaginary son?) which is the algamation of the things Chris loved most at the time - Sonic and Pokemon. It was something Chris believed he could call his own as opposed to being forced to recognize sonichu was not really anything worth giving a shit about.
With that in mind, and the purpose of CWCville in general being escapism, it does provide greater context for why Chris ended up the way he has now. This whole "merge" thing? It's just him wanting to be in a world he thinks is preferable to the one he's stuck in. Sonichu simply doesn't matter as much because the reasons Chris valued him so dearly no longer matter to him.

Here’s a new one, do you think Chrises life would have been improved slightly if he was born in any other country other than America? Like maybe a better country with higher health and life satisfaction rates and higher GDP? Like somewhere in Europe? I.e Finland, Denmark, Switzerland, Spain France and of course the UK? Or even better somewhere in Asia? Preferably Japan? How would Chris have faired into totally different countries with different cultures and probably more accepting and supportive attitudes to mental health and the real winner, free healthcare!

Chris' life would've been better if he had different parents more than anything considering his parents never did anything to help his mental health, and both were very old who could've passed for CWC's grandparents. Chris' belief in the merge being the end game that ultimately saves him from the impending loss of baryb, his home, and his precious stuff, and not getting into some kind of tard housing be section 8 or what have you. Is essentially that childhood belief a lot of children have when they can't tell The difference between reality and fantasy.
For example, did any of you 90s/y2k kiwis out there love Harry Potter so much when you were kids that whenever you had a bad day you'd look at your window hoping an owl would swoop in with an envelope? Or look at the door hoping some superhero or heroes would burst in and tell your parents to be nice to you or else whenever they discipled you?
The big difference is most people come to terms with the fact that it's just never happening. There's no Knight in shining armor coming to rescue you, no easy magic way out. Chris is still waiting for his Hogwarts letter, his superhero team to come, his Knight to whisk him away from the evil step patents.

Ethiopia: Death from starvation.
Ancient Sparta: Left to die on mountain.
Ancient Rome: Sealed in an underground enclosure for heresy with only a single loaf of bread and a flask of olive oil to sustain him until he finally expires.
Japan: Suicide or left to die on mountain after dishonoring family.
North Korea: Labor camp, until the DPRK realizes he’s too lazy and repurposes him as Kim Jong Un’s personal jester. Otherwise, left to die on mountain.

I would say Europe cause it has better medical benefits/services.
