If the insurance company had to pay off unreasonable damages caused by these two filthy creatures, they would be entitled to seek compensation from them for it.
It is probable that doing so would be fruitless, though, so they might just let it slide as not worth bothering with.

The key is "unreasonable". I don't know about Virginia, but in a lot of jurisdictions you have to go pretty far in destroying the house to lose more than your security deposit. It is particularly difficult if it is mostly cleaning and very few actual repairs.
And then, as you say, the claim has to go from the landlord, to the insurance company, to the Chandlers. It is conceivable the Chandlers might have to pay some damages, but I wouldn't bet on it.

When we looked into the windows of the house it didn't look that bad. I mean I'm sure you could describe a scenario where the Chandlers destroyed the house and cleaning/repairs were done before we looked in last week. In all liklihood they weren't in there long enough to do any serious damage. They probably just made a huge fucking mess with all their garbage and refusal to organize anything non-autistic like. But once you got rid of all the Barbage all that really needed done was carpet deep cleaning and kitchen/bathroom scrub.
You can not clean your house for a year and after someone scrubs it down it will be okay. It took 30+ years for 14 BLC to become the cesspool it was. As dirty as it was that didn't happen over night.

It's pretty obvious Christian has PS+ most of the games appear when those were released on that service. I like how if it isn't a Kiddie game or Guitar hero, Christian plays it for 10 minutes and never again. It's like he sees that the game is violent and stops. Surprisingly though it looks like he hauled his way through Duke Nukem Forever, despite barely touching a plethora of better games. Austism indeed.

This has been on my mind for a while and I am sure I am not the first person to ask this... but do you think Chris will ever snap out of his tomgirl phase? What would it take? This is based on the premise the tomgirl identity is really just a phase and tactic to 1) help him get access to women since he's one of them/not a threat 2) get gaypals and 3) be accepted by the LGBTQ community. He probably isn't consciously aware of what he's doing, but I think these are the goals. I hate tomgirl Chris. I would like him a lot more if he swung so far in the other direction to be like "straight Dave" from Bruno. The only argument against my premise that this is not a phase is that Classic Chris has stated all along, going back to the glory days of 2009, he hates MALES. So I hope this tomgirl thing does not become his real identity and only a passing thing.

There is pretty good evidence he is committed to it. He has been doing it for years despite opposition from his mother and his late father. And despite the mockery he gets from it online, and I assume occassionally in person.
Chris is not the sort of person to face that much opposition, particularly from his mother, about a "phase". In that respect, it has some similarities with the lovequest. And my guess is it will play out like the lovequest has. Sometimes it will be the main driving force and the only thing he talks about, sometimes it will fade into the background a little, but it will always be there.
And I don't necessarily think it will last forever. If asked to guess whether he will still be a tomgirl 10 or 20 years from now, I could go either way. A lot of stuff can change over that period of time. But if it disappears within the next couple years it would be an unexpected plot twist.

The tomgirl thing comes down to this. Christian is uncomfortable totally in his station in life. Nothing went the way he wanted it to. His identity is something he isn't comfortable with. He's saying his true identity is woman stuck in the body of a man. But despite his denial his real identity is child stuck in an adults body. That has shaped way more than any lesbian soul ever could.
I agree with you that it's a little weird Christian wants to be female, but wants to fuck bitches. He's unlike most other trannys I've ever met, undoubtfully due to the autism. He hates masculinity with a passion (not uncommon in trannys, but not always a given), and this is the main Tranny trait he has besides being a huge pussy in general. Whether you think Christian is a true and honest woman or not is irrelevant. I doubt you'd consider him a "Real Man". And that's sort of my thing. I think Chris isn't entirely comfortable with being a man, and his warped perspective on femininity makes that identity more appealing to him. He doesn't so much want to be a woman, so much as his conception of a woman (mainly in the form of a little girl or child). It's easy to be skeptical when you can clearly see Christian trying to trojan horse his way into the lesbian community so he can secretly be the only male option. However, I think this is more a safety blanket for him than anything else. He thinks he will get treated with more empathy and comfort if people treat him as a woman. It also helps he can identify with the oppression angle most modern transexuals have (even though that was never something he was specifically trolled for).
However, I think the problem is seeing Christian's gender as a binary choice, because that is how he himself sees it. He's actually gender fluid rather than a female soul. He takes whatever aspects of being a male or female are suited to him, and not necessarily in equal proportions. That's why he likes My little pony AND transformers. That's why he wears female clothing, but is a complete slob about it. He actually does enjoy prancing around his house like a little girl and poorly applying makeup. He just also probably likes to jerk off to bitches in porn too. Chris thinks being a lesbian with female parts would solve his problems. He thinks if he was a real woman lesbians would line up to fuck him. He would rather have them fuck his duck, but at this point he'd be happy just too have a sure option. Christian is male or female whenever one is more convenient. Because in his mind this is a binary choice he has decided to identify as female, because it more appropriately describes how he is different than male. Autism makes grey area really complex, so he can't see it as a fluid middle. He does with a lot things on a spectrum. Like insisting he has the good kind of autism (high functioning). Seeing Christian as gender fluid makes it a lot easier to accept some of these behaviors. So you're both right, He is a tranny, but also not really. He's definitely not a TRUE & HONEST female, but he's clearly into some of the tranny shit he does. He's fluid between genders, just not always in equal or consistent proportions.
As I started this out, the real trans he is, would be TransAge, he's more a Manbaby than a male lesbian. But of course as true as that is, it isnt the label he wants to project.

Yea, but I don't think he's completely aware of what that means. He thinks he'll magically be accepted into the lesbian community and they won't know the difference between him and a real woman. In reality he's gonna look like Christian, with (more) mangled genitals. I'm sure at some point down the line he'd have regrets with his decision. He gets really involved in his roleplay, I think thats why he's gravitating towards checking off all the tranny checkboxes. He wants hormones too, despite really knowing what the fuck they'll do to him. To him, hormone replacement therapy is just magic woman pills. If Christian knew transitioning would be harder than playing dress up I think he'd be a lot less into it.
