When I'm playing in Iberia and feeling particularly pissed off after the umpteenth kebab or tapas revolt (depending on whether I'm trying to reunite the Caliphate of Cordoba or reconquista the Hell out of those Muslims) I'll give the role of court jester to the revolt leader.

And then, of course, there's Byzantine culture and the er... fun you can have with that and prisoners. No kids or eyes for you!

I still make the distinction that Chris doesn't believe that he has psychic powers at all. But he really wants to believe that he has, and for us to do the same. I suspect that on some level he's aware of just how shitty his whole act looks but dare not admit it to himself.

And much like Chris, Geller also freaked out over any slight assumption that someone was copying or stealing his creations. He pretty much forced Nintendo/TPC to remove all references to Kadabra (from the anime and card game) due to Geller threatening a lawsuit over his image being stolen without his consent (even though the whole spoon bending shtick is protected by fair use), though Nintendo decided to avoid a drawn out legal battle by doing what I mentioned previously. Geller recently said he "forgave" Nintendo and permitted them to use Kadabra again. Kinda like how Chris "forgave" his trolls despite the fact that most of the hardship he endured was his own fault.
