Can anyone post that video someone posted on chris twitter sometime ago? The one where someone dubbed footage from invincible wit h bob's famous quote of "DO you realize?! DO You realize!"

I wouldn’t trust any prices that are listed online.According to homes.com, which has records of housing values the property is worth somewhere in the range of $215,952 - $274,848 (price updated within the last 30 days)
I'm willing to bet most of the value of the property will be tied up in the land, rather than the house itself. Especially considering it has previously burned down, been refurbished, had a second mortgage taken out on it, been previously lived in for multiple decades, and has been the home of filthy hoarders and their retarded son(ichu) during that time, who probably didn't do much in terms of upkeep. They don't even do basic gardening or lawn maintenance. Any developer or landlord or whatever who would be interested in snapping up the property would probably have to do extensive renovations on the house before reselling/renting it out. So considering all that I can only assume the value is for the land.

Another listing of a 1 (undeveloped) acre lot in Virginia, just for perspective on land prices, this one in Fairfax county prices at 250k;

Your Corner Lot For You to Love the Nature
Two 1/2 Acre Lots For Sale Creating a 1 Acre Corner Lot. Quiet neighborhood, spectacular wildlife only 18 miles from D.C. Several parks nearby, Federal, State and County parks offer walking/horsebackwww.landwatch.com
The land is only half an acre and vacant property prices in Ruckersville go for around 40-60k for multiple acres, so a half acre lot with a condemned house and back taxes will more likely go for 10-20k max.Yeah, I believe so too. The real value is the land and I estimate it at close to 200k, maybe less. The new house is probably built in with cheap materials and shoddy construction. I seriously doubt their foundations are what they use to before the fire (even with all the hoarding).
Most likely too. I already said previously on this thread that I believe Chris house will become a mecca for internet netizens when he dies and some people will do pilgrimages just to see where Chris lived. Is a solid opportunity to buy the house now and then charge people for tours, pictures, souvenirs or shit like that.
Chris on meat consumption (right after he spergs about someone drew a roasted sonichu)@Pickle Inspector's thought about CWCville's food supplies, in response to Chris chimping out over that Aztec Sonichu, got me thinking more about it.
CWCville is inhabited by Humans, Sonichus, and Rosechus, and assorted Pokemon. We also see odd one-offs like Patti-Chan or Megagi la Skunk, but we don't (apart from a cat, a rabbit, and a pony in various wedding scenes) see any domestic animals. No cats, dogs, little furry hamsters, nothing. Taking that further, we've been told by Chris that Sonichus and Rosechus do eat meat: but do we ever see any food animals? Cows, sheep, pigs, chickens? No. Yet somewhere there's at least a source of grilled chicken in CWCville, as Chris and Ivy feast on it at the end of the Giant Penis Comic and Rosechu scarfs it down, along with a lot of other grub, in the Rosechu Gets Fat feeder arc. Where are these animals? We never see any fields, barns, or farms with food animals present. Okay, there's that Amish farm where Sean and Mao apparently raise rocks, and I do think that one of them makes a joke about sucking Mrs Sean or Mao's tits, only for it to be revealed that he's talking about milking a cow - but we never see this cow, or any others.
Come to that, having mentioned the Rosechu feeder arc...Sonichus and Rosechus are supposedly capable of running about at the speed of sound, and do so often. They must have one hell of a metabolic rate, and outlandish appetites to match. Never mind nuts and apples, grilled chicken isn't going to keep them functioning, except in colossal, Mr Creosote-style servings. Just how much does a Sonichu or Rosechu need to eat to get seriously obese? As with so much else, CWCville's ecology and biosphere make no fucking sense. And I'm thinking about this far too much.
Considering he already looks like he's in his early 60's, I think we could start at least seeing real severe medical emergencies in the near future, especially considering Bob's history with heart problems and his abysmal diet.so as a legit question how long do you all think Chris will realistically live? He has numerous visible health issues as documented on the Cwcki and that's not even going into mental health and the extreme possibility of the homeless saga in the future, personally id be amazed if he lives to 50+, I'm already pretty shocked hes nearly 40 with the diet and exercise regime he has maintained.
He hasn't seen any slaughterhouse or a factory video I believe.Of course, he never draws any. All too happy to draw a burger, but not a cow. I wonder if he'd experience a Lisa Simpson-like moment of conscience if the clockwork mouse in his head allowed him to make the obvious connection? Chris the vegetarian?
He brought it up recently in one of the cons he went to actually. He was asked and he told them that he'd talk about anything but something gross like that, but then they asked again and he discussed how he'd stopped doing that since he found out it probably doesn't replenish into the supply.Does he still "recycle" his cum? He never mentioned it again.
It's just a public high school, and while it'd be hard to judge it based on when he was going there, it's currently below average in every single metric relative to the state of Virginia. It's worth mentioning that Virginia ranks high at the 6th most educated state, so that might place it above average country wide. This is may sound a bit out of the blue, but just to make sure and double-check:
Manchester High School in Virginia, USA was just a common public high school for any kids in the neighborhood, right?
Chris keeps saying as if he received some sort of high-end education from Manchester High School, so I even start to wonder if Manchester High School had any selective admissions process or not.
It was just a common form of public high school, right....?
I always knew Chris loved the masculine aroma and spicy flavor of big, WHITE duck meat.Chris on meat consumption (right after he spergs about someone drew a roasted sonichu)

His tweet about eating ducks confirms real life animals, and potentially livestocks, exist in CWCville.
Does this mean there are cannibals in CWCville/C-whateverthefuck? Cause according to Chris' headspace, a majority of the inhabitants are anthropomorphic animals.Chris on meat consumption (right after he spergs about someone drew a roasted sonichu)

https://youtu.be/Vk-SlQ6qhhQI've been re-watching the Geno doc on Chris and in the beginning of Part 22 Chris is listening to some song in the background while he's reading fanmail but I can't figure out what the song is and it's driving me crazy...

Thank you so much! That's honestly a pretty weird song for Chris to listen to TBH.
If it's not tween girl pop music or something bob influenced 10-1 it was influenced by trolls.Thank you so much! That's honestly a pretty weird song for Chris to listen to TBH.
