Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

I Vaguely aware of this. Things have certainly changed - I used to hear "if you want to find out about Chris, check out the CWCki" whereas I'm seeing randos online say "you gotta watch this guy's 59 hour documentary on YouTube about Chris." I have no idea how this guy is getting away with using his real (?) name and has an insanely high number of subscribers - I think it has to be more than anything like CWCville Library or anything else comparable ever received. I have better uses of my time, I suspect it's mostly regurgitating CWCki articles.
Again, boggles my mind as well that some of these people following Chris were kids and probably in elementary school during "classic" Chris.

My understanding is labor is mandatory in prison. I doubt that Virginia has the resources for some kind of vocational rehab for someone like Chris. I seriously expect Chris to mostly spend time in solitary because it's probably the easiest solution for dealing with her to maintain her safety and not being a burden on the system.
I know in most places (granted this comes from tv shows like lockup, Deadpool's never been to prison) people in solitary aren't allowed to work. However that's for people who are in there as punishment so who knows at this point. It's all just speculation right now anyway.

It's too late for any sort of structure or routine to be effective on Chris. At age 14 or 20 then maybe. Being in some kinda reform program like military school or reform school might have helped but now? Chris Is probably still laying on his bunk kicking against his cell door wailing and crying that "you can't do this to me! I am the CPU goddess blue heart damn you!" Or trying to use his so called"psychic powers." To open the door or mind control the guards into releasing him.

Remember even though we got a rudimentary description of his behavior in Court from a journo, what they told us must have cut out the spergatry they didn't understand like him declaring himself a goddess or waiting to fry them all with his electric hedgehog pokemon powers once the merge completes.

Marvin has said trolls had to be on Classic Chris’ ass constantly or else he would just sit back, play vidya, and bore everyone.
Yes, and Marvin pretty much always talked about Chris in a way to make him seem far better than he actually is. In fact, he used to be way vocal about everyone's constant misconceptions and would often correct people about almost anything negative about Chris. And then Chris did dumb things that would disprove his defense.
now that it's been proven out through his actions that he's a rapist, why go back and second guess the truthfulness of his confession to being a sexual predator?
Because, when Chris does something bad, for some people it's always somebody else's fault.

My question is what’s going to happen to Barbra’s debt when she dies? The last I read she was around $160K in debt. The house will definitely be foreclosed but I don’t see anyone (except for a ween with money to burn) buying it. With it being a stigmatized property, and being in all around terrible condition, it will probably have to be torn down which isn’t cheap. Plus ad the cost of whatever nursing home she will be wasting away in.

I’m no expert but I think technically Cole is her next of kin (he’s her firstborn child) so the debt might be passed to him. I think you can sign away that right but I’m not sure. Even if Chris wasn’t going to prison there’s no way in hell he’d be able to pay off all her debts with his tugboat. Cole is a douche for sure but he doesn’t deserve to be left with Barb’s debt.

Do Christorical artifacts... like the totem, shirt, medallions... Have value that’ll increase? I guess that also goes hand and hand with if Chris’ fame will continue indefinitely in the future. Will we Chris Chan be in history books in a hundred years?

Nah Coles not on the hook for Barb's poor life decisions.

"Children aren't responsible for bills if parents die in debt, but there may not be much left to inherit. ... The children are not responsible for the debts, unless a child co-signed a loan or credit card agreement. In that case, the child would be responsible for that loan or credit card debt, but nothing else"

I really doubt Cole would have co-signed anything for Barb, and if he was that stupid he deserves to be stuck with paying it.

It's a factor driven by demand (in this case weenery) that will determine the price at which some of the genuine Chris Chan "relics" sell for, if some even do end up being sold when that house eventually has to get cleared up, I'm sure some people here would actually be interested in acquiring some of these items that have a large connotation to Chris, but what is the price they're willing to pay? In regards to things being worth any value in hundreds of years? unlikely, he's just a disgusting footnote in the early pages of internet history books, he has no intellectual property to speak of or any actual professional legacy, his reputation is just a trail of internet paper outlining the progression of a convicted rapist.

Or, y'know, he just didn't say anything like that.

Re that Fiona dump: can't help but crack a sour smile at Chris loftily declaring that she needs to work more on her empathy and consideration.

We don't know for aure, I'm willing to give Chris the benefit of the doubt and say "ok maybe he's not THAT far gone given he seemed to only shout ''the merge is on!" At Ethan Ralph when he was arrested because he was on camera and he thinks that what the people want. Especially when you listen to him calmy telling the officers he has no weapons or weed on him.

The question still remains as to whether or not he'll drop the coping act entirely in the bops of a somewhat reasonable plea bargain or if he'll amp it up to the point of trying to do that mind battle thing from south park with the judge in court and get tackled by the ballif for it

Do we know if Chris is at some point going to be forced to get a short haircut while in jail/prison? I did a few searches and it sounds like it's mostly a purely voluntary thing, though a certain hair length can be enforced if there's a possibility of hiding contraband in the hair. Also, if the length and condition of the hair is a cause for hygiene issues (smells), that could attract negative attention from other inmates which may ultimately force him to get a haircut.

Also, from my searches it sounds like inmates often are the barbers, as learning to be a barber can be a marketable skill that can be applied after being released. So it's possible that Chris would be getting haircuts from other inmates.

As for the seaweed blue-green hair color, though, I'm not sure he'd be able to make it work unless there's a Kool-Aid packet or something of that color that can be used as DIY hair color.

No, they don't force it. You can visit the barber if you like, from time to time; and yes, they're all inmates

My question is what’s going to happen to Barbra’s debt when she dies?
"Generally, the deceased person’s estate is responsible for paying any unpaid debts. The estate’s finances are handled by the personal representative, executor, or administrator. That person pays any debts from the money in the estate, not from their own money." -CFPB

tl;dr the bank/creditors will claim the house and whatever other assets are in Barb's name to cover as much of her debts as possible. Chris won't have to pay anything out of his own pocket, only to service his own debts.

Shalom there! And welcome to the Farms!

Chris being forced to work in prison would go terribly for him. Imagine how pissed off normal people would be having to pick up his slack and listen to his bullshit and tard noises, while also dealing with his ego and entitlement.

Those people would hate his guts but they'd get to go home and see their families, have a nice meal and a beer (or 6) and decompress. They wouldn't like it but they could handle it.

Now imagine putting up with that and then have to go eat baloney sandwiches and then go back to a cell, with him still spouting bullshit and tard noises. No chance to decompress away from him, hell if they are his cellmate no way to even get away from him at all. They would hate his guts and use every opportunity to take it out on him, be it physical abuse or just stealing his shit.

The thing is, it’s a prison job. Basically it’s like working in the Soviet Union.

You get absolutely laughable wages, but your house and shitty food is free so who cares.

On top of that, everyone has to work, so a place of employment where there’s work for 500 people got 1500 people working there. Nobody works very hard because it’s pretty pointless all in all.

I think these factors will make it a lot easier for Chris. Yeah, the inmates might be pissed if one of his fuckups affects them personally, like Chris accidentally driving over someone’s foot with a wheelbarrow.

But aside from that? Nah, nobody gives a fuck. Nobody is going to get angry at Chris for working slow or being stupid, and go: “Goddamnit Chris! You made us miss the quota! People are going to get fired, and I was planning to use the bonus on a vacation!”

It’s prison. They’re paid cents an hour. And probably work like one hour for every hour they chill, chat and plan shankings anyways.

Is Virginia still for virgins?

I think he did lol, what a gent
He was focusing on HER pleasure.

I’ll laugh so hard if Chris will use this line in court, thinking it might help his case, while the judge looks at him with curious disgust.

I’ll laugh my sides into orbit if Chris goes on about none of his mother’s lovers ever pleasing her before, like he did.

If this happens, you can probably expect the prosecutors to high five each other, while you can hear sobs from the defense, followed by “objection your honor! My client is a retard!”
