Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

As others have pointed out, an insanity defense is really not viable, but they should make it anyway, to introduce evidence on his mental health so that it can be used later at the sentencing phase as a mitigating factor, to balance out any aggravating factors that are there.
It's the only card I see Heilberg being able to play at this point. I won't bat an eyelash if it works.

What really going to hurt his defense is Chris' lack of empathy or remorse for his mother.
Heilberg is going to have to keep his client on a short leash because tard tantrums like Chris has are, if anything, going to make the jury dislike him even more.
I don’t fancy his chances on that one. Chris couldn't hold it down during the bond hearing.

Honestly? I imagine Chris is probably just sitting there, trying to imagine being in CwCville instead. Chris has been long gone for a long time, I feel.
Can you imagine if he somehow had access to papers and pencils/markers? Like something that the guards/staff would give him to lessen the autistic screeching and crying?

I'd love it if he was actually churning out more comics in the style of classic Sonichu episodes in that it's Chris coping with real life problems by conquering them fictionally. I've heard tales of people who wrote books or worked on art while incarcerated. Why not Chris?

If he did use his time constructively cartooning though, not entirely sure the works would see the light of day.

When is his next scheduled court appearance? Is it going to be a trial or just some pre-trial stuff?

The 16th and it could be anything from nothing (he waives it entirely) and actual substantive argument about the case. I think it will really depend on whether Heilberg actually intends to put up a fight at the preliminary hearing stage, or whether the prosecution elects to bring new charges (as it said it would do in a press release).

Generally, prelims are nothing, and as Hunter S. Thompson once said, "Not even God can win a preliminary hearing." But sometimes a defense lawyer with some fight in him actually tries, and while success is not likely, it's an avenue to get some stuff on the record before the trial starts.

In this case, that might be pointless, because the judge hearing this isn't going to be the judge hearing the actual case. If the incest is charged as a felony and/or other felony charge(s) are added, it goes to a grand jury and if the grand jury returns a true bill (which it will) it goes to Circuit Court.

But he still may give it a shot in the hopes of getting one or more charges knocked out.

What do you think Chris is doing right now/what is his mental state and how he looks now?

I've got my own ideas but I really don't think he'll be the same Chris; cross-dressing tranny goddess. More likely he's doped up with narcotics, shaved down, skinny and mute except for random mumbles about Sonichu.

The thing is, I don't think Chris can survive this and be what he was before.
Like at all.

which version of chris do you think had the most punchable face

personally i think its tomgirl chris

The evolution is interesting. You can tell where there is no longer any hope at him being normal. Lots of people have awkward kid/teen pics, but as soon as he evolved into "Manchild Chris" you see the hope diminishing. "Tomgirl Chris", you know it's over.
