Now I’m starting to wonder. Politically, do SJWs share the same slot in political society as Evangelists, but for the left? I mean, nobody likes them, but politicians still pander to them because they need as many votes as they can.

Knowing tumblr this is either a 13 year old girl or a 30 year old obese shut in whose understanding of men equates to "men get random boners and boner=aroused so they must be sexual all the time"

this makes sense if you assume they have severe untreated mental illness, i've heard of gay/straight people having sex with their non-preferred gender during extreme states of mania. it's tumblr so i think that's reasonable.

Sort of but not really. Even in a state of mania, a hyperactive sex drive is still a sex drive. I know it's not a perfect comparison, but tumblr "aces" also believe that if you have sexually charged fantasies you can still be asexual, and believe that having a null libido due to SSRI makes you a True and Honest asexual and not someone who could use a little Cialis.

I'm taking a shot in the dark and say these youtubers said something that could be considered pro gamergate, or were gamergaters. Pewds of all people being a gateway to the alt-right though? 2014-2015 was way before he called people niggers.

lol they can't even third gender/"agender" properly. Do they really expect to be taken seriously like that? "Oh. I'm a they. But I'm also a he." Despite what tumblr vomits, if you want the agender club to be taken seriously, it's one or the other because being "non binary" is inherently contradictory to being a "boy". God damn the :autism:, beating together 24 conflicting words doesn't make you more special, Christ.

SJWs aren't the Left's Evangelicals, if for no other reason than the Evangelicals are a reliable voter base. They're also often single-issue voters about things like abortion, so you have to only appease one issue to get them onside, while SJWs require you to adopt dozens of stances they agree with or they'll feel like they can't support you. Many SJWs - by no means all, but many - don't understand that they might be 'voting against' someone; they instead have to 'vote for', and will either require ideological purity from a candidate or they won't vote, or fit the candidate they're voting for into their ideological requirements even if that takes severe mental contortions. cf Hillary.

Evangelicals understand the 'lesser of two evils' of a two-party system. Like SJWs they're usually hyper-partisan, but Evangelicals are usually easier to predict on a case-by-case basis, which is useful for politics, and they're a solid turnout as long as you say abortion is bad and your favourite book is the Bible. Trump knew that well enough to pay lip service to the Bible occasionally, even though there's no way he's actually read it, regards it as his favourite book, or is anything more than nominally religious.

tl;dr: 'Get woke go broke' also applies to politics.

somehow more aggravating are the 'nb lesbians' who are like 'ooh but lesbians have always had a unique relationship to womanhood due to gender non conformity and not being interested in the marry a man/have kids framework' and while that may be true, SOMEHOW every bulldyke in a separatist commune in the 70s was happy and proud to be a woman. it's the height of special snowflakeism.

Apparently it's very unwoke to be mean to pedophiles on Tumblr. Sad, really, because being mean to pedophiles is a fun hobby, even if it's not to their faces.
