The only thing I could think of is that maybe they didn't mean "block because politics" but "block because PETA". Or maybe some pet owners they made a video on wasn't PC enough.

I can understand not wanting to support Dodo, as PETA is its own can of worms in terms of how much it really helps animals, and I have seen genuinely harmful animal treatment under the guise of "cute animal things" being shared by them and other animal content farms.
What any of that has to do with kiwifarms though is beyond me, unless there's a division of the farms dedicated to outsourcing cute animal videos on tumblr. Maybe they thought kiwifarms was a site for sharing video of birds with some facism on the side.

I'm upset by the revelation the DoDo is partly owned by PETA, honestly sucks.
