I have no idea why so many people feel the need to take well-written characters with great motives and unique character design and mindlessly make them trans for no apparent reason other than "muh representation".

But there are jewish characters in media. I'd say they appear more than Christian characters in general (the protagonists in these things are always presented as oddly agnostic bc writers don't wanna insult christian parents/atheists- check Christmas episodes where they dedicate time to talk about Kwanzaa and Hanukkah but Christmas just gets relegated to Santa Claus and presents, like Jesus is taboo to mention in kid's media all of a sudden).

I find it interesting that Superman and Hermione are not just headcanoned as Jewish, but black and Jewish.

Superman, though, kind of has some grounds for being perceived as Jewish, given that he had two Jewish creators and he was at least partially influenced by the mythological Golem.

But then they make Superman some random black dude with poofy natural hair and glasses because he needs to be more Tumblr bait-y and it's just... bizarre, I guess.

It is their fetish and it's a rather creepy. But they don't want to be seen as fetishists/chasers/etc. and couch their claims in a veneer of "I'm progressive and not a fetishist at all." It rings hollow, especially when they start making truckloads of porn of such characters and they are never post-op. They're always pre-op.

There's also some stuff in relation to "tucute" crap. IE, since there are some people claiming to be trans who are okay with using their pre-op junk, therefore that's normal, when it decidedly isn't. This is in part those idiots go on about their sex lives all the fucking time (inappropriate as that is in general), whereas people classified as "truscum" tend not to mention all the details of their sex lives or avoid things due to dysphoria.

A lot of the designs are so flaming, they end up straight. Look at Dio, if you came across this guy you sure wouldn't be calling him a sissy for having hearts on his clothes.
