The first example is how the yaoi fangirls used to work. But they never replied to people who didn't like it with "why do you hate gay people?" it just had the typical "If you don't like it don't read it" in all caps with 4000 emoticons after it.
Also people on Tumblr take characters that don't even cross dress or anything and just claim they are tranny because everything gotta be a tranny. If anyone disagrees it's the typical "Why do you hate trannies?" reply now.
Maybe tumblr should try hiding it's giant boner for trannies a little better.
