Batman has PTSD, Rorschach is a lunatic, the Scarlet Witch has depression and takes her meds for it...

Characters with mental illnesses exist, but I don't know what is it with tumblr that they act like we're still in the 50s and having mental illnesses meant you going to the Asylum.

No, it's really not. I've seen both. There's a reason why The Wizard Of Oz is more famous than The Wiz. The Wiz had ONE good song and not much else. The Wiz also wasted their usage of Michael Jackson in the movie. I think he ended up having only one song in the entire movie. The Wizard Of Oz looked nicer as well. I have no idea why Schumacher decided to make The Wiz's version of Oz look like some ghetto area. (Is it because they're black?) The Wiz was average. The Wizard of Oz is better.
Can anyone even name one song besides Ease On Down The Road? I can't. Return To Oz was fucking better than The Wiz.

The Wizard of Oz revolutionized sound and movies, and is beloved the whole world wide (yes, asians and hispanics also like it a lot). The Wiz is just a niche thing only hardcore fans know.

Not to mention Moon Knight, who has fullblown DID and is Jewish. Tumblr should be eating that right up, but they don't enjoy reading comics as much as bitching about them.
