I mostly ceased being annoyed by tumblr shit shortly after joining this forum and learning to just laugh at it but this actually winds me up slightly. Basically this idiot wants to live in a world where every game uses a one handed control pad with a single button. Every so often a prompt gently fades onto the screen that says "Please push the button to advance to the next stage, if you find button pushing to be triggering please wait and the game will advance automatically." This of course is on a console that, on first power up displays a message saying "Please shriek your preferred pronouns at me now and I will save them to my memory."

Has anyone notice how the word "problematic" is becoming increasingly used in the same way that Scientologists use the word "suppressive"?

Because "problematic" is about the only negative adjective approved by the Social Justice Council. You can't say "wrong" because it implies morality, which everyone agrees to be an oppressive tool of the patriarchy. "Stupid" and "retarded" are, of course, ableist.

Even better is that somebody in that thread pointed out that there are video games without timed missions. Given that there are entire genres of games with no time limits whatsoever (Turn-based strategy, JRPGs, adventure games), there are probably enough such games that they could still be an avid gamer.

So this person is either too lazy to look into whether or not people are already making games that they would enjoy, or they know there are already enough games for them, and are triggered by the mere existence of games they can't play.

Yeeeep. They've generally moved onto the "X character of the day" format now, but they're still just as obnoxious.

But of course it can't possibly be treating schizophrenia disrespectfully, because the submitters are self diagnosed schizophrenics!

A few things of note-

1.) The characters don't have to be canonically schizophrenic, they're just posted because some people feel that those characters are schizophrenic.

2.) The mod seemingly uses the pronoun "xe" unironically.

3.) They won't post anything characters from shows they deem "gross" (ex. being Seth McFarlane shows or South Park) or characters from JoJo's Bizarre Adventures (admittedly, I've never seen JoJo's Bizarre Adventures, so I'm not sure what they're referring to with not allowing characters from this show to be posted).

4.) And lastly- These are the first few sentences from their answer to the statement- "This is an insult to real schizophrenic people"
-"The person modding this blog is schizophrenic , and hopefully all the people requesting and submitting characters are . Try again ."
How very passive-aggressive of you.

tbh, this comic is sorta right. alot of captions include the artist and a disclaimer about the comic, and when those things are removed it gets out of hand.

The second you compare gay and bisexual people to sick, degenerate fucks that abuse and rape children, you automatically lose my respect.

Maybe I'm overreacting to this, but I do not like my orientation being compared to actual fucking degenerates.

This probably isn't the place for this, but in this particular case... Tumblrina kinda has a point. Are you really going to crucify someone who is pedophilic, but chooses not to act on it in any way whatsoever? It's like getting mad at people who have violent urges and don't act on them.
