No, he can't. That's why he's aligned with this new analchest ideology, so he doesn't have to hurt his head with big words and concepts that he will never understand.
Sure is amusing that he's still trying so hard to convince people (Us? His Ain't-ifa playmates?) that he's some badass out in the streets brawling with skinheads and cops with that "waiting only teaches waiting" line of bullshit. It's really fucking obvious that it's all power fantasies and lies in a poor attempt to impress people. He never talks about getting injured or posts photos showing black eyes or cuts or contusions from these rumbles he's supposedly getting into. And I don't care how skilled a fighter someone is, no one gets into a fight without taking some licks themselves. That shit only happens in Hollywood, and even Hollywood is starting to realize how unrealistic that shit is. So it's obvious that he's either sitting at home posting bullshit lies, or waddles away as fast as his fat, moldy feet can carry him when the first sign of conflict arises. As an open an-cap myself, you need to be a fucking word smith to deal with people in regards to anarchy, it's a very misunderstood and shocking ideal system. Phil is literally the walking negative stereotype people think of when I mention my own leanings.
Aside the loss of tard bux, if we really had a more free market system not even true ancap stuff, Phil would be exponetinally worse off. He doesn't understand this stuff because he's only seeing "the rules" he is stuck by (in comical thought they really don't effect him) and wants them gone.
How often does he lie about using the gov to have the FBI come get us because we use the 1st amendment. With his power fetish we know he's just as hungry for being the jack boot. But in some spattering of his broken brain he knows he would never even be the lowest level of the system let alone the high ranking SS/CIA etc officer. So he just doesn't want the entire thing since he can't win it. But for some reason if we let humanity go full mad max (as he thinks anarchism is) he thinks he has a better shot, when he knows he couldn't even make it as a private in the army?

Phil believes that if the current government and capitalist system is abolished in the US then there will no longer be a need for money and everything will be free. From food, to houses, to firearms, to weeaboo shit, to medical care...it will all suddenly be free for anyone who wants it, and no one will have to work, because the big bad capitalists will be defeated. And strangely, Phil is not the only one who stupidly believes this. I forget the exact term used by morons who believe this will happen, it was something Like Luxury Utopian Socialism or some such fucktarded nonsense.
Of course they never stop to think that if no one works (or rather, no one has incentive to work since there is no money for goods and services) then who will make the toys they want? Who will grow and prepare the food? Who will build the houses? Who will keep the lights on? Who will deliver the toys and food to them so they never have to go outside? In a system like that, where there is no incentive to work, then the people who can grow food/make things/know medicine/etc. would have no desire to share what they make/do with anyone who isn't a close friend or loved one, and they will jealously guard what they make/do against anyone they don't know. Communities would grow smaller and much more focused on those within it. People with no skills and no goods to barter with will end up dying because they've literally become worthless since they can't contribute to the good of the community. And if they try to steal food/goods or force others to provide services, then they'll find themselves at the end of a lynch rope or shot.

This is because Insurrectional Anarchism is the "I want fing, loot fing, furk you" type of politics. No intelligence, no actual meaning, just the desire to be a violent and retarded ape.
And for those few still interested in the True and Honest Autistan since Phil's sperging about fake numbers; the decline in population Phil spergs about was a trend that's been a thing for like a decade or two, but it's starting to even out now that the economy and government approaches stability. The big drive was emmigration to Mexico, the US, and Canada during Phil's time as Las Papas. Nothing he says since May of 2016 is canon since he was evicted by Operation Bolivar.
The civil war he's tarding on about never happened, barring a series of reprisal killings against ex-Maoists and suspected Maoists that edged off a few months ago. Those killings were bad, but again, it's in the past now.

I can’t decide whether it’d be funnier if Phil is just playing pretend badass again and is faking gun ownership or if he actually owns a gun, thus breaking the law because he has been committed multiple times.
