Infected RationalWiki - Whiny hugbox for spergs and a clusterfuck of neverending drama on a rapidly declining website.

Just something from RW about Thomas Sowell that I noticed.

There's a fair amount of RW users who are commies, but most of them don't seem to have any particular principles, they just happen to follow the ideology that allows them to whine the most, other than that their principles have no transcendence. We shouldn't overthink this stuff, because I'm sure as hell they don't think about it at all.
From some of the articles I read on different political ideologies Rational Wiki seems to have no principles at all, are the pro ancom? are they pro socdem? are they pro liberal? They seem to hate marxist leninism and fascism. I used to go on there when it was more of a site that debunked religious nutjobs. At this point I think they have earned the royal seal of gayness.

Consider this: RatWiki started out to mock Conservapedia, an absolutely ludicrous Wikipedia attempt that failed on every level to be an alternative right-wing Wikipedia.

Now RatWiki is even more pathetic than Conservapedia.

RationalWiki hates communism because it makes SANE and RATIONAL leftists like them look bad.

They went all out on their Joseph Stalin article, their Vietnam article on the other hand is absent of information other than them complaining the Vietnamese are racist against China. Knowing the internet as well as I do most folks will say communist leaders were based for killing and imprisoning SJW's.

And somehow Conservapedia is getting more credible than main-line Wikipedia on some issues. It's a mad world out there.

New drama on RationalWiki concerning Nathan Larson's article recently created.

To summarise the situation: the user who created the page was blocked by RationalWiki sysop Arthur Kerensa (Judge Dredd, formerly known as dysklyver/D) who also probably wants the article deleted (at least one deletion request was made, but that page was removed - the deletion request however was not made by Kerensa but @Mikemikev).

It turns out Arthur Kerensa is friends with Larson and has defended him off-wiki including on Reddit.

Kerensa has described Larson as a "cool and chill" guy who is "honest" and defended him on a Reddit thread after multiple users requested for his ban after Larson was caught posting child pornography and posting pedophilic comments.

Once again RationalWiki jumps to defend pedophiles. Anyone who points out Kerensa is Larson's friend and blocked the article creator to defend Larson (like he did on Reddit) is immediately blocked and has their edits reverted:

@Mikemikev / Michael Coombs is still on his sockpuppet spree:

Several of these have had their name changes, see the rename log.

Mikemikev is again complaining about the Nathan Larson article and wants it deleted:
  • 18:30, 12 November 2020 CircularReasoning (talk | contribs) changed visibility of a revision on page Nathan Larson: edit summary hidden and username hidden (Personal or potentially identifying information: Again, fuck off Mikey)
Another article Mikemikev seems obsessed with is Anatoly Karlin.

Karlin is a Russian white nationalist who claims to be sexually attracted to 14 year olds.

Dude did you see where the guy with the fuckin Nick Bougas cartoon linked to more awesome damning stuff about people who long since stopped paying attention to your existence?? God you're so good at being a NOT NAZI CENTRIST Huh

@Mikemikev / Michael Coombs is still socking -
I don't see the point in this since he's blocked on sight and his comments are reverted within seconds. He's boring now.

On another note, I looked at the page history of the Kiwi Farms / Joshua Conner Moon article on RationalWiki. The talk page I suspect also has some of Coombs' sockpuppets on it, but the comments were made years back. Another lolcow who commented on it in 2017 was Nate Spidgewood.

I'm amazed RatWiki allows their userbase to say "cunt" when crazies have deemed it an inherently sexist word and it will usually get you booted from Twitter just like saying "nigger" would.
Your double standards at work....
They'd probably let you say nigger too if your target was a black global warming skeptic.

Lolcow @Abd / Abd ul-Rahman Lomax (real name: Dennis George Lomax) threatened David Gerard and RationalWiki with a libel suit:

http://archive.md/6cqdD

If I don't want RW to have an article on me, my recourse is with the RMF. I did email them, they ignored it (not surprising). Next step is a certified letter, a formal demand.

David Gerard only acts when he has cover. He is, after all, real-name and vulnerable to defamation suits.
And it appears that it will be coming to that.

This will not be a crank lawsuit, I’ve seen many. It will not be filed if it cannot be done to professional standards, with a reasonable likelihood of recovering damages. Responding to harassment is not harassment, unlike what you and others on RationalWiki have been claiming for years. It’s going to bite you and your friends in the ass.

The lawsuit never happened, but instead Lomax filed a libel suit against the WMF (Wikimedia Foundation) who own Wikipedia, originally claiming $200,000 in damages, later which he amended to $2,000,000 for "libel and harassment of family".

During his libel suit with the WMF, Lomax complained RationalWiki had libelled him (even though the WMF has nothing to do with RationalWiki): "October 5,2017. a defamatory article about Lomax appeared, on RationalWiki (not affiliated with the WMF), written with malice by DLS." Lomax presented no evidence this person wrote his RationalWiki article - his allegations are unsubstantiated. One might ask why Lomax mentioned this since it's unrelated to the WMF and his lawsuit - he later admitted he wanted purely to attack people he dislikes by mentioning them in the lawsuit and since it's a legal document he thinks this makes them look bad, so this explains why in his amended complaint he extended the lawsuit to sue no fewer than 9 separate people with unfounded claims of libel, including some random Wikipedia and Wikiversity editors he got into heated arguments with such as Michael Umbrecht.

According to Lomax, virtually the whole world is against him and anyone who dares criticise him online is said (without any evidence) to have "libelled and harassed" him or his family. So his lawsuit was filed against 9 separate editors on Wikipedia and Wikiversity, as well as the WMF for merely publishing his ban on the global block list. In reality, contrary to Lomax's delusions of defamation - he was globally banned from all WMF wikis (Wikipedia, Meta-Wiki, Wikiversity) for harassment and persistent disruptive behaviour; he was also banned from RationalWiki for the same thing. After kicked off of all these wikis, in a fit of rage he began digitally stalking individuals (including admins) he blames for his ban, thus his blog is pretty much dedicated to doxing and stalking Wikipedia and RationalWiki admins as well as character assassinating anyone who criticises his online behaviour.

The lawsuit of course was a lolsuit. It was dismissed by a judge for failure to state a claim. He won no damages and lost $400 on a court filing fee.
