Inarguably both the most and least dangerous authoritarian president. The most dangerous since he's well, the friggin' POTUS. The least dangerous in that for the most part, Trump spouts out a whole lot of nothing and doesn't appear to be 100% aware of his own actions, unlike some other authoritarian presidents. Also seems to be mostly acting as a lightning rod distraction so that the GOP can pass bills they like and stack the courts.

Likewise, many liberals and others on the left make the argument that because of the paradox of tolerance, intolerant views cannot be tolerated, and this is thus to be used as a defence against intolerant views. The keyword here — intolerant — being however they choose to define it, making for some interesting takes to say the least. However, it too is based on a fallacy if used as an argument for censorship, since Popper explicitly states that he considered such laws to be unwise. In defence of deplatforming, Popper is often quote-mined[4] to suggest that the default position on intolerance is suppression, when this really only applies to violence (which definition and extent are up for debate). The paradox of tolerance seems to be very applicable to leftists and blacks. The more leeway given to their ideas the more they intrude and attempt to displace all of the tradition and culture of the past. And to be clear, it's only the right that can be displaced because it's the only ideology that dominated for centuries up till recently. Troon and black worship are all new things that can only be displacing not displaced.
