365 Days probably only got nominated because of how much YouTubers were ripping it apart even though I thought that was forgotten within the month. It's a trashy movie and everyone knows it's trash, so it was easy picking for the Razzies. You know it's kind of odd that you mentioned Disney, since only one film of Disney was awarded a razzie for worst picture was Burn Hollywood Burn which was produced by a defunct side-company of Disney called Hollywood Pictures.

Didn't see it, but my take is the only possible defense for not including Mulan would be if the Razzies rules allowed only films eligible for an Oscar, which I believe mandates a theatrical release in LA County. A lot of awards, including the Hugos, ironically enough, still use rules that predate this Interwebs thing the kids all use today, or so I am told.

Don't know about Wonder Woman 1984 though.
