I was aware of the keyhole surgery before, but the rest are quite new to me. Thank you for sharing. 95% of Tumblr could stand to look at this stuff.

Who knew I'd find information about different top surgery proceedurs, on a Kiwi Farms thread about a narcissistic fetish artist.

I don't think I've ever seen a FTM character depicted as having had bottom surgery. Like, I know a lot of guys don't choose to have it done, but the techniques are improving constantly and more people are going through with it because the results are becoming more accurate all the time. But nah they're either always totally pre surgery or they have those massive, glaring top surgery scars and then they love vaginal sex. It's always gotta be done in a way that fetishizes the parts of the body that make trans men miserable. Because that's hott B)

you can't. bottom surgery is incredibly expensive AND risky. most trans dudes just get top surgery and take testosterone. i blanked it out, but in the other picture steve has genitalia that's pretty much in line with what a trans man who has been on testosterone long term would have.
