I don't think the technology is quite there for ftms. Even mtf bottom surgery, which is more advanced in terms of progression, is still difficult. They could get something done now, but many are probably hoping 20/30 years from now they'll have something better and they don't want to ruin it by fucking their genitalia up now.

Kinda thought she was a pretty decent artist; nothing to brag about, but also someone that- if she didn't use her skills to create trans fetish art- is pretty good at what they do.

She might be confusing the ends of the arms with the tips of the fingers. Arms end level with the crotch, while fingertips generally end on the mid-thighs.
