Now I'm no expert on the topic, but that's what I've been able to conclude from resources online.
But couple that with both Rory's own identity of, "asexual non-dysphoric nonbinary girl" and these sloppy, overly-sexual caricature fetish "headcanons", and what I get is I don't think she quite understands the concept of transsexualism in and of itself.
