Yeah, more or less I don't really care about the person who wrote the post since regardless of what their identity is, they are someone who would be in Rory's target audience of weird transgender progressive nonsense. So in that sense I find the criticism valuable.

And also I don't think there's any logic to why Danny is fat and creepy, he's just a replacement for Tony.

So she does draw one of Danny's hands, but then wasn't arsed enough to finish the other hand? Just how fucking lazy is she that she left a sketch unfinished like that? And God forbid she finishes Chris', whom I think she doesn't put as much effort into unlike with Danny, since Danny looks a lot like Rory at this point.

If I recall correctly some pages back, I asked the same question. Danny was way bigger as a child than he was as a teenager(?) in the current era of the show.
Also, good job @ Rory and the entirety of Tumblr for shoving "progressive" attributes such as transexuality and being black onto literally everything. These people complain about whitewashing, but it's a-okay to just randomly make white characters African American/Hispanic/Latino, straight characters homosexual/pansexual/whatever the fuck, and so forth. I get having headcanons, but some of the shit done is fucking insane.

The character doesn't even necessarily look white to me, which probably just makes it worse that she draws him as some obese blob with lips bigger than his ears.

Oh no, it's not that he's white. It just pisses me off that she forces this shit into her art. I think she's somehow warped Danny's ethnicity into some shitty muppet caricature, and that's sad.

Yeah, Rory actually has a decent handle on showing weight and volume and what makes a pleasing, simplified shape. She just puts them together into ugly/racist/ugly and racist formations, or doesn't even try, in the case of the off-center dot eyes and snowball hands.
