Rounded out Ground Beef (enough to make a large hamburger)
Idaho or Russet Potatoes cut into wedges
White Onion sliced into rings
Salt and pepper
Sealed in aluminum foil and placed in the oven at 400 degrees fahrenheit for half an hour
The only meal my grandfather who passed away from cancer before I was born was known for making. Learned it from my aunt and grandmother, and will hopefully live forever on the Internet
