Got any really good recipes that you would love to share? Post them here!

The only recipe I know is one for a peanut-butter and jelly sandwich, so I'm not much help.

Kimchi Quesadilla.

Cheese, Tortillas, Kimchi, Sesame Oil, and Tuna.

Dry out the kimchi, make sure all that sauce is leaked out and washed out. Mix with tuna and sesame oil. Slap it on with tortillas and cheese and fry it over the pan. Something among those lines. Watched my Mom make those.

I think this is such a good idea. I promise I'll contribute!

If you're fond of onion dip, this one is one of my favorites:

2 large or 4 small onions (about 3-4 cups) preferably Vidalia
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 ounces light cream cheese
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup light mayo

Directions:
Cut the onions in half and then slice them into 1/8 inch thick half rounds. Heat the butter and oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the onions, cayenne, salt, and pepper and saute for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 more minutes until the onions are browned and caramelized. Allow the onions to cool.

Place the cream cheese, sour cream and mayo in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and beat until smooth. Add the onions and mix well. Taste for seasonings. Serve at room temperature.

I make this all the time...lots of measurements are approximate but it is so delicious!!

1 package ground chicken
1 box chicken stock
1 onion, chopped
1 can cannelini beans (but you can use any bean you like, really)
around 2 tbsp chilli powder
around 2 tsp cumin
garlic powder (like 3 tsp)
lotsa parsley (maybe 2 tbsp)
a tsp of oregano
pinch of chilli flakes...but add more if you like spicy!
A bit of worschtershire sauce
salt and pepper
olive oil

So what I do is heat up olive oil in a big Creuset-type pot (i dunno what they're called exactly) and cook the chicken until it's done and then add the onion. Cook that until the onion gets translucent, then add the spices and stir it around a bit for a couple minutes. Then add the DRAINED AND RINSED beans and let that cook for a bit too. Then add your stock and a bit of worschtershire sauce and give it a stir and just let it cook with the lid on for at least a good hour and a half, until it cooks right down. It's one of my favorite comfort foods, and I usually have it with basmati rice. Some people add cream to this and/or green chilis, but this is a good basic recipe to play around with. Enjoy!!!!! :)

I love to cook and I have a lot of different recipes, but this is one of my easy, go-to recipes that will make people think you're a master chef. It's the dish that made my boyfriend fall in love with me.

Smoked salmon pesto

Appx. 5oz chunk of smoked salmon, diced
1/2 onion, diced
About 1 cup sliced mushrooms, more if you like mushrooms, less if you don't
Small jar of basil pesto
1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste
Sliced olives if that's your thing
Pasta

Pour a small amount of oil from your jar of pesto into a pot. Saute the onion on medium heat until translucent. Add the mushrooms and saute until they give up their water. Add the salmon, pesto, olives, and tomato paste, stir, and let it get bubbly. Then reduce heat and simmer for maybe 3-5 minutes. Serve over pasta and bask in praise.

Heres one of my TRUE AND HONEST recipes

GUC's Fucking awesome marinade of win!!

stuff you'll need:

onion powder
garlic powder (or fresh garlic if you want it dont matter)
hot sauce
soy sauce
extra "VIRGIN WITH A RAGE" olive oil
cilantro (use a lot of this when you use this on chikinz)
lemon or limes
spicy mustard, brown mustard, or gray poupon
wasabi
horse radish
something to mix all this in

your choice of meat (chickinz, crustaceans, and beef steaks are recommended)

mix this all in a bowl until you get an orangish, brown thin paste (if its to thick your doing it wrong, if its to watery your doing it wrong)
get a sealable container and saturate your meat in it (make sure its completely covered in marinade)
let sit in your refrigerator for a couple of days (the longer the better)
fry it or grill (add melted butter if you want)
eat it and never be bothered by insects again!

My favorite jello recipe that I made up that is a hit for church gatherings.

Pineapple Paradise Jello

This

1 package Pineapple Jello (mango jello works really good too!)
2 cups of coconut milk (Silk is my favorite brand. if you are making a bigger than average package, instead of adding however many cups of water, add however many cups of coconut milk, that is pretty much the idea of this recipe, substituting coconut milk for water to make it nice and creamy)
sliced bananas (as many as you prefer)

Basically, just prepare the jello as directed replacing water for coconut milk, pour it in a mold, let it thicken, drop the bananas in so they are suspended in the jello, and boom!

I've got one for chili and one for pasta. Premade shit but whatever, we aren't professional chefs. Lucky if anyone here even cuts their own meat.

Steak Chili

1 can of tomato sauce (not pasta sauce)
2 cans of black beans
2 cans of red beans
2 or 3 decent size steaks cut into nuggets (I get mine from Costco, cut from a baron of beef)
3 diced thai chili peppers
1 half of a habenero diced
1 pack chili flavoring (I use it more for flavoring than for the spice, there'sone brand that adds the pepper spice to the dry mix, avoid that. The chilis in this recipe are more than plenty.)

Cook your steak first, then Toss all this shit into a slow cooker and let it cook. Save some of tomato sauce and a can of beans for adjusting the consistency you want it at. If you let it sit overnight after cooking it, then put it back on then it's beautifully thick and the flavors from the peppers will have blended with the rest of the sauce to create better flavor. If you eat it while its fresh, the chili spice is stronger and more concentrated, but not as tasty. Slow cooker recipes are great for leftovers, and chili especially reheats sometimes better than fresh.

Really good carne asada tacos with homemade pico de Gallo I just made.
For the pico: one onion (whatever kind you like I used red)
2 cloves of garlic
2 Limes
2 Roma tomatoes.
One bunch cilantro.
Adobo, cumin, salt&pepper.
For the steak (I used eye of round thin cut, sirloin works too or whatever else just slice it thin)
Cotija cheese (or feta)
Tortillas.
Cumin, smoked paprika, chipotle chili powder, cayenne, adobo seasoning, sazón, salt&pepper

Chop onion, tomato, garlic, and cilantro up and combine in bowl, add adobo seasoning, cumin, salt and pepper, squeeze limes in
Marinate beef with adobo seasoning, smoked pap, sazon, cumin, salt and pepper and leave in fridge covered for an hour at least up to over night

Cook meat in a little oil until done, place tortilla on pan with more oil, pop any bubbles that form, add cotija, add meat, close tortilla, flip, take out and drain, when you're done spoon pico over top and serve with lime wedges
