There's a few groups of people I now have no sympathy for, including the fats and most of the homeless. I accidentally hit the lower bound of obese BMI during Covid Quarentines, got disgusted with myself, and speedran right back into a healthy BMI. It took some time, and it would have been so much easier in the first place not eating Kraft Dinner et all every day for months, before finally going outside and realizing none of my clothes fit. I didn't even get 'very' fat, but if it takes one to know one, then I truly know how much I hate fat people.
It's hilarious seeing the women on the various diet subreddits like /r/loseit complain so hard and get offended over everything and talk about how much they cried because they got insulted by a 6 year old or a mother in law. Meanwhile /fit/ gives useful tips such as "eat less fatty", "put down the fork", or "literally just walk".
