It will also get rid of one of the last few free places to find anonymous sex on the internet. So I predict several splinter sites to replace it just like when Craigslist went down. Some subs automatically hide comments from users who are below a certain karma threshold in that specific sub (so independent of the total updoots on the account), regardless of the comment's score. It's a sub-wide setting that jannies can enable, leddit introduced it a couple of years ago.
