Why are they complaining? It's less work for the same amount of money they're paid every week: $0.00.
Because it isn't about money. Reddit is a website for the manufacturing consensus across the broader internet.

I have to wonder if they're actually getting kickbacks from the companies or products whose subreddits they mod or some other kind of out of band financial incentive.
They do, and it gets worse than that. In the past, reddit accidentally revealed that a huge amount of its traffic comes from the US Govt.

When you're forming an opinion about anything on reddit, this fact alone needs to be at the forefront of your mind.

Have you checked on incognito if your posts/comments show up? If you're getting banned daily for the past two months it's really too much effort to create accounts every day just to troll there I feel
Yes, I get responses and downdoots, not shadowbanned.

I'm looking into setting up an old android phone to act as a Gmail account generating phone farm, so I can just automate the whole account creation process and roll out like 20 bots with a script whenever I want.

They're too naive and baitable, I cant help myself. Most bang for your buck trolling by far

Someone leaked on rdrama that jannies will not be allowed to moderate multiple big subs soon and they're melting down lmao

A lot of you guys probably think that this could make reddit less insufferable but it's not going to. The potental userbase of new moderators to step in for replacing the powermods is still going to be 95% whiny condescending troons, the exact same kind of person that the powermods already are.

Instead of having two or three dozen powermod basement-dwelling faggots control the website and making it dogshit it's going to be two hundred different basement-dwelling faggots controlling the website and making it dogshit, probably even more dogshit than it already is because each one of them will be able to dedicate themselves to putting their stench all over the subreddits they run. It'll literally make it more difficult to make the site actually better in the future, because at least with having powermods you'd only have to kick them out of power, and now with this you'll have to kick hundreds out at once. Insufferability will only become more malignant.

The small amount of power they can exert online is one of the few remaining ways their HRT-fried brains can get dopamine.
"I have no dick, and I must rape"
Harlan Ellison's story is a terrifying warning to 99.9% of humanity, but an inspirational parable to reddit mods.

That's an anniversary isn't it.

"Honey, would you like to re-enact that magical time when you...banned u/biggernaiter1933 for saying "who cares" again? It would so turn me on."
Lol that would mean something of the human is left inside them, no they're probably just arguing who has to get out of the chair to go get the order of chicken tendies from the door after the door dash guy left and wouldn't bring the bag to them.
Rollers on the chairs have long since flattened so walking is the only option and it's 30 long feet to the door,
screaming at each other about how selfish the other is to do this on their anniversary.

WHAT YOU THINK MODING r/Assholeimpressing IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN r/dildomoding? IM DOING VERY CRITICAL WORK HERE SO THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS GET OUR FOOD!

Mods for video games subs (for example, /r/thesims) are sometimes rumored to get free DLC/expansion packs. I would estimate that many subs for crap games that have overzealous mods either get free DLC given to them by devs or just take over the sub (somewhat common).

In the Lords of the Fallen sub, the jannies had a little revolt when the devs un-DEI’d the game by changing Body Type 1 and 2 back to male and female. They took over and actually kicked an another janny who worked officially for the game company. Then they tried backtracking and acting like they were the reasonable ones in the situation.

There have been lots of rumors about the /r/NFL mods because of their odd moderating behavior.

Whenever breaking news happens you'll have like 20+ people posting about it at once. With fair moderation what'd happen is that they would let the first one stay and delete all the rest as duplicates, but the /r/NFL mods don't follow that at all. There are certain sources (like Florio and Schefter) that they favor and certain posters that they favor. People assume they're being paid.

I'm assuming the rationale for considering this is making the incredibly gay 'protests' that happen every so often more difficult to coordinate by breaking up the incestuous powermod cabal a bit, but not enough to seriously disrupt general operations, since it's presumably not that easy to find the right kind of psychotic, terminally online lunatic to do it for free. It would make sense. While the gay protests never achieve anything, they're presumably very annoying for admins.

This kind of stuff is never talked about along with detroonsitionining since its always burried, but it really should be talked about because of how disturbing both things the left pushes really is.

Redditor is afraid they are becoming... RACIST FOR NOT LIKEING INDIANS!!! and they work as a teacher in the USA...

It's funny to imagine what kind of mental gymnastics this Redditor is going through to avoid not accepting the truth, though to be fair this is more of a general pattern with political moderates starting to absolutely hate recent waves of Indian immigrants rather than a singular rare Redditor mental insight moment. Trying to talk to a Canadian about pajeets in a neutral manner now is like asking a Euro to talk in a similar manner about gypsies at this point. There's always some leakage of negativity.

Everyone from the primary pajeet pandemic countries that I've spoken to online all say that their racist opinions against pajeets started at the start of this recent wave. These are people who would otherwise have a seizure at hearing "nigger" or a snide remark about a person of a race doing a stereotype for any other race.

I did not know that pajeet girls learned to run away from rape that young. Holy shit.

To put this in perspective, if this is just counting logged in 'visitors', each of those is a Kiwi Farms in size. They're saying you can only moderate 5 Kiwi Farms, and only one which is at least ten times the viewers of the Kiwi Farms. The powerjannies are complaining that is "incredibly small".
But nool, if u/Umdlye isn't allowed to moderate all 10 of the top 10 subreddits, xey can't ensure the CPC gets to propagandize the normies and xeir commie agitprop tugboat will dry up! That's literally a genocide! It's a human rights violation if we don't give like 50 dysgenics absolute control over a third of the modern internet!

Only took them over a decade to realize having your whole website run on the unpaid work of 20 or so cross-dressing mentally ill losers was a bad idea. Admins should've crushed the janny cabal when they started mass banning everyone who'd ever posted in naughty subs in 2015 or so, I remember you'd randomly get locked out of half the site.

Time to bring back bullying especially to anyone who likes quirky uwu types of shit like undertale.

Toby Fox really has reaped what he sowed, and once upon a time ago, all these undertale/deltrune fans woulda been confined into sanatoriums and i really hope they all reopen asap.

If you're actually capable of moderating multiple subplebbits for well over 40+ hours a day (I know this is not actually possible but somehow they do it), and you are collecting tard bucks, because you have no actual paying job, you should be disqualified from collecting tard bucks, because you could be doing something useful instead of moderating subplebbits.

Like serving fast food to boomers.
