Tbh I would rather live in Norway if I can.

But can you guess what Norway does (and doesnt) have that allows them to maintain that kind of system? I'll give you a hint, it would get you banned on reddit it you brought it up.

Also, Norway is capitalist, they provide goods and services in exchange for money, and export and import these from other countries.

Seems to be typical reddit propaganda poster. It fails to mention that it is easy to pay for all that expenses, when you are an oil state. Norway also has very steep progressive tax, so no way the real tax rate is that low, cost of living is also ridiculous compared to US.

the tax number itself is probably accurate
what's missing is that most of these countries impose a bunch of other mandatory fees and payments that technically aren't taxes but add to the citizens tax burden all the same. things like public health insurance, public unemployment insurance, public TV license fee, etc. it varies between countries but euro countries all have a bunch of not-taxes like that which are just as mandatory as real tax

The most retarded of them all the the fee slapped onto all writable digital media (USB flash drives, blanks DVDs, hard drives, etc) that goes to the MPAA/RIAA because it is assumed that some of them will be used to pirate music, movies, etc

that just goes into the price of the devices though, kind of like gasoline taxes go into the price of gas and tobacco tax goes into the price of cigarettes.
the stuff i mean is either collected by the government directly, or taken straight out of your paycheck by your employer who then forwards it to the government. also, like income tax, the value they take is a percentage of your earnings.

What's not mentioned for Norway:
80% chance of getting shanked by a sandnigger as soon as you step out of your house.
Unless I missed a massive wave of refugees that's more Sweden's schtick. There are refugees around but compared to the swarms that make no-go-zones like Sweden it's comparatively light. At least for now, I wouldn't put it past the Norwegians to make the same mistake.

Jonathan Yaniv is that you? (a)

So VICE ran an expose on Herman Cain Awards and of course the subreddit is doing exactly what we'd expect of them, doubling down on it.

I really can't wait for that IPO because shit like this getting the media spotlight will see shares tumble which creates an even better story as people as "Why did they tumble?"
Fuck, you know you're bad when VICE shits on you

Whats funny is they always leave out that while the average personal tax rate for the US is a high estimate but roughly correct (more around 30%) the rate for Norway is just income tax

Conveniently not mentioned on this bit of propaganda is that Norway's cost of living is about 40% higher than the US, before rent. But they make roughly the same per year as the US.

80% home ownership is wierd when houses near a city cost $3 mil on average. Wondering how they count homeownership

Somebody smarter then me earlier mentioned contacting Conde Nast's competitors and letting them know about this and Reddit still having literal child abusers, predators and sympathizers on their payroll. Make enough noise, this could fuck with their share price.

Not true at all. You are confussing them with Sweden.

What makes Norway such a nice place to live, because it is better than America (and the UK, and a few other places in Eurofag land)? You should also wonder why they didnt pick Sweden, that used to be the go to. So what has Sweden done recently that made them less desirable a place to live? hmm, really hard to figure out what a nation that is almost entirely white and of its own people is such a well run place.

Hint: No fucking immigrants, and a nation that is almost entirely filled with people with strong ties to the land. Its why America, and places in Europe are struggling under the weight of immigrants and racial diversity. But we must never point that out, reddit would perma ban you the instant you made it clear. Instead, watch your community leaders wash the feet of niggers and praise the muslims raping all your women.
