Cassidy Good is likely just an ugly woman with a receding hairline. She has a post in her reddit history of a framed (kid-level, insulting) poem her brother wrote when they were kids. He refers to her as his sister. Given that she's 38 right now, if the poem is genuine, then it was written in the 90s. It's unlikely she was born a guy who identified as a woman at the point. The more likely answer is that she's actually a woman.
