I don't think they appreciate how good separation of church and state is. Yes, many politicians are religious. Many laws are influenced by religion. But you're not forced by the government to adhere to any particular religion unlike some countries where this is a very bad thing.

They operate on this algorithm of blindly supporting whatever vaguely resembles their sides worldview without any individual thought because it earns them virtue points. They are essentially androids. Sadly, we don't have access to the source code in their brain to remove the virus.

Ironically the one thing Islam actually does share with the left is being catholic in who it welcomes when it comes to race. So it's not even brown. Obviously a lot of the countries where Islam is the majority religion are racist, but the religion itself isn't, which is partly why Malcolm X abandoned his hatred of white people after visiting Mecca.
It's just funny that their reason for tolerating all the bad shit about Islam is that they ignore one of the good things about it.

I mean the thread subject was basically "Economy shit, what do we actually have to work and live for?" so it could be a plausible enough response to that question.
But even if her response was just karma bait, the comment under it is absolutely fucking cracked. Honestly looking at how they type and that emoji, it's likely a demented-ass Boomer with their QUALITY sense of humor and outlook on life.

There's plenty of room for sperging about all the dumbness on reddit there is, and reddit atheists are among the worst. I can't say they turned me into a theist but they certainly made me less euphoric about the prospect when I realized just how cringy it was actually to be proud of it.
