PublicFreakout had solid and fairly politically neutral content until the Trump presidency, after that it descended into typical Reddit faggotry. It's now 90% political videos, or "racist gets owned" freakouts, where the full video of the incident (inevitably exposing that their black hero had been instigating the fight as an excuse to throw punches) will be locked/removed. The other 10% is bullshit wholesome chungus videos like a little kid screaming in happiness at their birthday party that don't and never have fit the sub's theme. It's a shame, especially because much like r/Cringe, sorting by top posts of all time will just be pages of astroturfed liberal sperging and not the quality legacy content that made the sub popular in the first place.

ActualPublicFreakouts, CrazyFuckingVideos, and FightPorn will still have some good fights, but the posts get locked within hours if there's the slightest indication that a protected minority behaved unfavorably. But sometimes some sentience does sneak through, the ToonTown Melee ended up being a hit on the main freakout sub.
