It is not merely nudity that makes CP, but the context. It does not even require nudity for something to fall under the CP label depending on the intention of the distribution and its context, cf. the Dost test. Even clothed pictures can qualify under the proper circumstances.

Jannies are pissed about moderator tools, specifically one that uses a bot to preemptively ban you from their safe spaces when you participate in an unapproved subreddit.

For example, if you comment a single time in the corona wrongthink subs, you'll get instabanned from the worst normies/karma farming subs. Mademesmile, pics, trashy, publicfreakout, I think even r/cats will ban you. And it's not only people who are based getting the hammer from subs they've never commented on, if you're a particularly zealous Covidian and go in those wrongthink subs to tell the based antivaxxers to kill themselves you too will get banned from top hive subs. Then if you want to get unbanned you have to grovel and suck the janny toes with a promise that you will never hang around in wrongthink places again.

That is the tool they don't want to lose and why they're throwing this huge tantrum.
 
Due to health issues, I'll be going to Switzerland for a medically assisted death. Unfortunately, I don't qualify for it here in the US as my health condition isn't terminal (but it does severely impact my quality of life.) I know this is a controversial topic, but I hope you guys can answer my questions without judgment.

I have no kids, partner, or close friends, and I'm estranged from my family, so I plan to leave my money to a couple of charities. I don't have a will yet but will get one soon. However, I'm unable to find a professional executor.

I've contacted several estate lawyers, fiduciary advisors and accountants, but none offer executor services. Does anyone have suggestions?

Also, I read that executors charge a fee based on a percentage of the estate after your death. I'll probably have around $100-150k left in assets (in savings and IRA). Is that too low for a professional executor to want to bother with?

The attorneys I spoke to have all recommended I get the full package: A trust, will, power of attorney, and health directive. But do I really need all that in my situation? (I'm scared to tell them about my plan to go to Switzerland, given the controversy.)

As for a trust, I understand this is only needed if you own property. However, I'll be selling my home and car before I leave. The only debt I'll leave behind is my credit card. So all I really need is a will, right?

EDIT: A lot of commenters are saying to just spend all my money and have fun before I go. Unfortunately, my health isn't great, so I can't really do much. I will, however, be flying first class, which will be my first time ever. I'm really looking forward to it! Aside from that, I want to help 2 charities that I care about. If I can't leave behind loved ones, I'd like to at least make a positive impact.

That said, I don't want to donate to the charities until AFTER I'm gone, in case there's a delay or complication in Switzerland. Even though I got the green light, it's still provisional, pending a final interview just 2 days before my appointment. So if that falls through, I'd be screwed if I gave all my money away beforehand.

I'm always astounded when someone wants to die but decides that he needs to go through a government-approved euthanasia program instead of picking one of the myriad ways available to him. Like, how pathetic are you when you have so little say over your own life that you can't even decide whether or not you continue living?

So yeah, let's go through this song and dance of recruiting an executor for your estate and praying that they distribute your assets as you want without pocketing all of it instead of just doing it yourself and then doing a flip. He straight up says that he doesn't want to make any donations before he dies because he's afraid that the Swiss doctors won't sign his permission slip and then he just...keeps living??? Like he's actually afraid that he's going to be poor and stranded in Switzerland, and there is absolutely no way out if daddy government refuses to kill him.

But hey, at least you got to fly first class on your pilgrimage to die on your knees.
 
Imagine your entire userbase revolts against a decision you made and instead of making a reasonable compromise or trying to negotiate, you try to strongarm them like you're a crooked union boss in a bad 50s movie.

So if your subreddit automatically filters people based on their history, because god forbid they share non-existent spaces with people they might disagree with on the bloody Internet, what the hell do the jannies have left to do? That's not moderation. No wonder Reddit isn't taking them seriously.
 
There's something very curious happening on Tumblr because of the Reddit migration. Back when Twitterfags were having their own "it's over" moment when Elon bought the site, some went back to Tumblr and were met with hostility. Makes no sense cuz most Twitter users are actually former Tumblr users.

Something curious, all of these posts are tagged as #196, that's the tranny meme subreddit in which Redditors say on a daily basis how much they wanna fuck troons! I wonder why specifically that sub? So I decide to look into r/196 now that it's on read only and something very curious is here.

A Tumblr tag for r/196 content? And most of the posts in said tag are friendly saying how Redditors are amazing and great and making Tumblr a better place? This is not suspicious at all. Of course they could just be handmaidens who are happy trannies are now on their website, but my tinfoil hat conspiracy is that 196 trannies are trying to change Tumblr so it's more suited for their troon's content, and eventually they'll make pooners (the original Tumblrinas) leave. I mean r/196 is full of high quality posts like these so I'm sure Tumblr won't become even worse as a result.

Your tinfoil isn’t far off at all imo, I’m sure there’s some discord where reddit trannies jerk themselves raw and coordinate shit like this as r/196 seems to be for particularly online troons and it would be in line with their methods to astroturf anyways. Though mtf trannies on tumblr chasing pooners out of their natural environment sadly isn’t a new thing (baeddel shit afaik got big on tumblr and then spread outward from there, for instance) and pooners are all too happy to cave even without a coup, though the two groups usually don’t mesh even if ftms go full handmaiden: from what I’ve seen the mtfs either chase the ftms away with their hyperspecific degenposting and/or sexually harass or abuse the ftms and make them uncomfortable enough to leave. Plus not even the most coomer fujos can quite thrive in an environment of AGPs and GAMPs thirsting for “girldick” and mtfs are vampires for validation but without a centralized subreddit to get updoots there really isn’t the same level of visibility, and tumblr afaik isn’t fully allowing adult content yet so “trans porn” and whatnot won’t be allowed on the platform, which actually does seem to be a major drawback for most troons I’ve seen when it comes to going back to tumblr (porn brainrot real.)

It’ll be interesting for sure to see how things shake out, especially on a site without jannies/automods and arguably one of the more active radfem communities and a majority female userbase.

If there's a tranny on the internet, it's creation or origin can be traced back to Tumblr, Neogaf/resetera, GDQ or SA.
