Can someone name a fundamental difference in the interests between some 30 year olds and some 16 year olds these days? I'm not arguing for something, I'm illustrating the point of where our society has gone: perpetual childhood. And I know from reading the forums that many of you are utterly tired of being expected to be enthusiastic about rap music and superhero movies and NEXT BIG MOVIE TO SELL TOYS OMG EVERYONE HAS TO WATCH ITS A CULTURAL PHENOMENON etc. And how badly people just eat this society up.

There's thousands of weird shit and obscure hobbies you could have but nope everyone is this same ctrl+c ctrl+v human. It's not surprising the movie and music section of the farms run the whole gamut of people into different genres and things, whereas with the "normies" it's all what's been served onto their plate. I have a real big issue with how Gen Z and most millennials approach life.

The look on my co-workers face when I told her I’ve never seen a Marvel movie was priceless. Her peabrain couldn’t comprehend that I don’t really like movies all that much and would rather read or listen to music if I’m not working on a hobby.

If you guys side with spez over reddit's "community" you're buying the propaganda. He knows the game is rigged and whatever happens will turn out in his favor, or they'll slant the way things work. No, you aren't going to do any better with spez, I don't think a lot of you really realize just how instrumental spez and the other higher-ups at reddit were in making sure the moderators were this way from the beginning. This is just spez tightening the leash, that's all. 2016, reddit changed, and so did the community, and that community was manicured by spez.

And if your hobby isn't some absolutely "off the shelves at Walmart" thing a lot of people think you're weird. They're literally uncomfortable around things that they don't think a lot of other people they know like. They're over-socialized. You need to have a hobby that is part of SOCIETY you understand!

Honestly, call me a sperg but I hate most people. They're so fucking ignorant of anything that's happening, and a lot of people have a general inkling of what's going on, but they just repeat what they see on Fox News or whatever and they don't really understand where the tranny stuff is coming from. They have just easy answers, like "lack of prayer in school" or whatever catchphrase they were fed by someone else. People ask me, "what do you think of Ben Shapiro? What do you think of Tucker Carlson?" etc and I give an honest and nuanced answer, they're right about some things, wrong on others... but why are you asking me this? It's because you are trying to decide how much to just trust whatever these people say without doing your own digging. Most people are, nice as they may be, simply passive receptacles for propaganda and programming and they don't even really want anything else. Nobody knows how to be an independent thinker. If they did their interests would reflect that.

I wouldn't say that it has to be a difference of interests. It's rather the way that interest is handled. I like comic books, I like video games, I like all the gay shit but the difference is I use them as escapism, I use them like drugs. Even if I sperg out about them privately I know how to act like an adult. That's the difference between me and perpetual adolescence, I don't treat them seriously as something everybody should do. Even if I use them a bit too much, I don't behave like a child about it.

But you do more than that, right? You're posting on the farms, so I'm sure your interests, or your configuration of them, is probably not "off the streets." I know what you're saying and you're right. There's nothing wrong with dabbling in shit, but your house isn't littered with Funko Pops and action figures, right?

I'm not a consoomer, I was never a toy person post age 7. All I got that are considered consoomer worthy if anything are Japanese drawing pens and old comic books from 8 years ago, maybe throw in the copy of 1984 and animal farm near my desk and couple other books. It's a problem with psychology, I was always and still am an antisocial person, slightly misanthropic. I don't want people to like what I like, I don't want to act like others and I don't want validation. One could say that oversocialization causes all this and they'd be partially right cause I was bullied as a kid, but it's also part of the persons responsibility to be aware of their own psychology to be in full control of their every action. It might also have to do with the place where people are cause murica is very oversocialized. It's definitely not an age thing, I'm almost 23 which makes me GenZ and I'm the farthest thing from these people.

Someone mentioned feminism, and that's only half right. It's often aging women that fucked older men when they were young, couldn't stick with a lasting relationship, and now are upset that they're priced out of the market and all the men are dating younger women. You see this on dating advice subs in a very blatant and hilarious way. If you see anyone say this shit in real life, bully and demean them.

Me and my buddies talk about shit like lawncare and responsibilities. We left call of duty and heavy drinking back in our 20s. We still partake, but our lives have expanded.

But then again, we are all homeowners who don't live in the city.

In French it would be something pronounced like cous d'Etat. as I recall. Etat and Etats would generally be pronounced the same except with certain words following.

The thing is. in English we don't really care about the individual French words so it's probably fine to pluralize it either way. And then we can just pronounce it like English: Coupe Day Tots or Coupes Day Tot.

English: abusing other languages since its inception.

Well only because the whole lanuage family is a clusterfuck and the "science" behind it is full of BS. the Anglo-saxons came from along the north sea coast, from the eastern lowlands to the tip of denmark, we have hard evidence for that. the Normans came from scandinavia, we have hard and soft evidence for that, the Vikings also came from scandinavia, we have plenty of evidence for that, so if how in the hell to you get a west germanic language from mixing alot of north germanic with a tiny amount of strange outsder, possible west germanuc(frisian)?
