I checked the records, there's no Nigel Trump born in the UK around 1996. Unless he was born outside of the country, this is a LARP for updoots.

Comments are telling him its probably STD or mono. The branch covidians come out and say she betrayed him for not getting tested for covid. Some else spergs out saying vaginal flora may be to blame. OP is vegetarian, alludes to sexual degeneracy being the cause, has all the hallmarks of reddit.

I think this is bullshit. But funny bullshit. I know that in some writing circles, Reddit is their place where they practice their fiction skills.
