Yes, Lupron is used in doing that for extremely dangerous and violent rapists and that is also the go-to drugs used as a puberty blocker. Used in the treatment of some cancers, too. Makes Bayer and Abbot Labs a pretty penny or at least used to, i sadly can't remember the URL of the site i first read about "following the Lupron trail", it was highly informative.
Edit: I see others already said as much.
Same for pooners getting all the T-enantat and T-propionat they want, even men needing Testo-e for TRT have a harder time getting it here than pooners in the US do. If i had that easy of an access to pharma-grade T i'd be hench as fuck already.

Considering 23 US states have already banned "gender affirming care" in children it's not at all going to take 75 to 100 years before child GRS is going to be looked back on as barbaric and similar to how we look today back at lobotomies. I think at most it will be 15 to 20 years before the sheer amount of cases of suicide and regret become so loud they won't be able to censor it out of existence anymore. Maybe even 10. Cases like Jazz Jenning who was mutilated and sterilized at 17 after being groomed for years by her mother are going to be seen in the same light as Rose Kennedy.

15-20 years, wow you are generous. Given what dilation is, I'm honestly shocked they even last a month doing that. It's like a doctor prescribing waterboarding for the rest of your life (I assume dilation IS indeed intended to be lifelong, I'm not sure on the subject but I don't see why the body wouldn't try to heal itself).

-The surgical procedure started out as something very expensive and difficult to perform, and the target patient group largely consisted of adult men with serious psychological disorders as an absolute last resort
-A cheaper, easier-to-perform version of the procedure is discovered (trans-orbital lobotomies, and I'm stretching here a bit but mastectomies are WAY easier than vaginoplasties) and the medical community swarms on it as the new cure-all
-The primary customer base immediately switched from said disordered adult men to teenage girls

Had a old account I would check sometimes. All the old communities full of creatives no longer post and the feed I had curated as a teen I no longer care about. defintely gonna regret posting this here but the r/anxiety discord, and other mental health discords could possibly a gateway for adults to meet minors because when I was 16 I met someone in that discord who was 23 or 24 I cant remember really and at the time I didnt know what grooming was but im sure you can assume what happened, I really dont like people using a gateway of mental illness to manipulate others and would just like to put this out somewhere at least, its been more than 3 years since then and it doesnt affect me but it might be worth looking into, I already see someone made a thread about a mental illness discord already so im curious if anyone will actually look into it, I also just want to show that women are just as capable of grooming minors on reddit or from reddit as im sure my story wont be the last. The Second Retard lied outright. DVDs were developed and released between '95 and '96 - when the PS1 launched. It seems there was a fight in the replies between OP and 2nd Tard that was deleted out of rightful shame.
The Third Retard stated something OP said in the first post like it was new knowledge, while this first post was on 3rd Tard's very screen.
The Fourth and Final Retard recounted a trivia fact that has nothing to do with OP's question. Nothing.

If you're wondering about the opening question, after half an hour of work I think to play DVDs on a PS1 you'd need to swap out the lens and speed up the drive in software, and even then the motherboard's data paths may not be fast enough for the job. Any place that that attracts isolated teens is also going to be a place that attracts groomers
The more I age the more I realize that kids should just not be allowed to access the internet. At all. There needs to be far stricter regulations surrounding children accessing the net.
Far, far too many kids have unregulated, unsupervised access to the net and they end up in places where groomers know where to look for them. From a predators perspective, its not hard to take a stab in the dark and guess that a 14 year old is going through a lot of crazy hormones and troubles with school and with growing up, and they might look for communities based around what they’re feeling (loneliness, worry, aka “anxiety and depression”). They’ll walk headlong into private, one on one conversations with adults with bad intentions who want to exploit their loneliness by giving them a shoulder to cry on and encouraging words. The conversations will gradually become more and more dependent and intimate, and the child will think they’re old enough to handle it because they’re a child. Reddit is a hotbed of this, but unfortunately not as bad as discord is.
Something similar happened to me, you’re not alone. It makes me so sad how common predators are. Every day, thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of kids are being exploited by adults on the net taking advantage of their need for belonging and approval. Our society has a really fucked up pedophile problem just underneath the surface that we’re not addressing or looking for lasting solutions to.

In a post in "the old internet" thread I wrote a few lines about how the internet, reddit and discord in particular, have become shitholes infested with this exact type of people. In the mid 2000s there were all kinds places and communities around the web but they had an overall comfy/helping vibe. Maybe I'm just imagining things and remember wrong but I can swear it wasn't anywhere near as bad as it is now. In my prepubescent and teenage years I was sometimes posting my dumb lil'-guy problems and seeking advice and there were no tranny freaks nor faggots inviting me to suck the girlcock or invert my penis. Some of the users were "older" 20-something yo emo/goth larpers telling kids how nothing matters anyways and that was the worst of it.
And oh boy was Skype comfy. That's what kids these days need instead of Discord. Worst thing that guys pretending to be little girls did was steal your World of Warcraft account. Now they steal you ffs

when i was like 13 years old, i was at a friends house and we would surf the internet together, and one time we were on a chat website run by a local radio station in our town, and had a private conversation with some other user, and we agreed to meet this man at a hotel in town the next day.
at the time we both found it super funny because we just thought we had epically pranked some clueless old man by making him go to that hotel and wait forever (since we had no intention to ever show up there) but looking back at it now i think we were talking to an actual pedo and were simply too dense to realize it

Imo there's a bigger exploitation of children problem. If it's not pedos and groomers, it's just the absolute garbage we give them (both physical and mental consumption), rinsing every single cent out of them (directly and indirectly), environmental (state of schools, lack of kid friendly places to hang out), using as political tokens, etc.
Maybe it's always been this way but really feels like each generation is getting more and more shit thrown at them with less respect then before at ever younger ages.
