The weirdest thing about Shia Islam (which is what the Ayatollah of Iran belongs to) is that it's oddly... Liberal compared to Sunni (liberal to the point of 'that' in Iran, lmao). And in general there's a lot of weird cultural things that differ between the two. In Sunni, mourning the dead is haram (even if it's like your loved ones) but in Shia; you can sob all day at the funeral, totally fine. Weird religion.

iirc Shia is basically the Muslims' equivalent of Protestants while the 'Catholics' are Sunnis.
Islam currently seems to lack a true analogue to Protestantism or a Reformation, and IMO it's long overdue for one. The closest thing I can think of would be Quranism, which involves belief in the Quran exclusively and rejection of the hadith (at the expense of such characteristic practices as praying 5 times a day, the standard Shahada, gender segregation, or hijab), but presently, Quranists are small in number, seldom taken seriously, and widely demeaned as "fake Muslims" following an illegitimate fringe offbrand version of the religion (with some even getting arrested in countries like Saudi Arabia).

As for the Sunni-Shia split itself... I wouldn't say Shiaism is analogous to Protestantism since it aims to add a whole bunch of stuff to the religion (the 12th "hidden imam", extra holy shrines in Baghdad etc.), rather than remove it like Protestantism. The split originated from a dispute over who was the true successor of the prophet Muhammad PBUH. It seems to be closer to the East-West schism that separated the Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox churches in Christianity (which started over whether the Holy Spirit proceeded from the Son, i.e. Jesus, or not).

I'm not a Muslim btw, no one can pry away my juicy lard hamburgers from my hands. Just making observations.

yeah, that's pretty much what I expected
The trans flag tissue box looks like it is some sort of shredder that is currently halfway through destroying the gay flag. Which seems like a pretty apt metaphor.

There's also Ahmadiyya, which believes that Islam really is a religion of peace and that the caliphate should be a spiritual power rather than a political one. They also don't have a lot of influence, but there's about 20 million of them around the world.

That's because there was a secret party switch, nobody really remembers when the conservatives were the arbiters of morals who want to censor anything fun (good) while the liberals were the ones championing true freedom of expression, coincidentally this was back when women leaned more conservative than men.
Yeah the secret party switch in the 90s the Democrats loved supporting censorship in the 90s were you living under a rock al Gore's wife one of the biggest supporters of it was Hillary Rodham Clinton.
The Democrats hated video games and thought D and D was terrible just as much as the moral majority they actually started first and before that it was radical feminists.

What the fuck is Cbeebies?
It's the name given to the section of BBC broadcasting, usually early morning and early afternoon slots (and also has its own channel) where programmes specifically aimed at little kids aired (think peppa pig/Teletubbies kind of age range).
There's also CBBC, which is for older kids, with the likes of Blue Peter and such.
I'm not sure why a programme about reddit jannies would be lumped in with that stuff though.

This is fake by the way. Hoax, meme, joke, whatever you want to call it, unfortunately the documentary does not exist. If it did, it would be extremely funny and there would be countless memes about it other than this promo. Besides, real reddit moderators are even fatter and nastier.
